"Hotel location: It is very convenient to drive to the city center
Room view: open
Room hygiene: clean
Service: Poor! One of the front desk clerks, Prathmesh, had a bad attitude."
"Clean hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities, the microwave and fridge were great added extras. My husband has a weird obsession with showers so he loved the rain shower haha. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly too. We will definitely be back again."

"Service was the excellent amiable staff there no facilities as I was with my family my children had no facilities to do something so they were little bored food was nice but less choice on men."
"Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good."
"Great location in the city centre. However, the old wing is looking a little tired and could do with redecorating but rooms were huge! Only downside was the queen bed was saggy and not really big enough for two. Didn’t sleep well."
"The hotel is located in an upscale residential area with a beautiful environment and convenient transportation."

AAnonymous UserSimple but clean. It’s close to the bus station from and to the train and ferry station. Would be nice if the WiFi signal is more stable

GGuest UserVery good and enjoyable stay. Nice furnishings and rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast very good too. Have used this hotel many times due to its proximity to the airport. Food and drinks are a bit pricey but Dyce Farm is nearby serving excellent food.
GGuest UserThe hotel is situated near to the train station and bus station only a five minute walk to both. I was given a warm welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, a quick check of the booking, I was given my key and instructions for using either the lift or the stairs.

GGuest UserHello and good morning ,still waiting on a refund from the first time we made a mistake with the booking ,we stopped over absolutely fantastic stay ,but we are still waiting on a refund ,the 28th July was a mistake booking ,which they already knew other than that the stay was lovely
MMorgan PeterReally nice Chinese couple running this place. The breakfast was good enough and the room was well thought through - with a load of coathangers and a multipoint extension lead just next to the bed. It would be a good idea to take your own shampoo/shower gel though. Quiet place. I went over a weekend, so was able to park outside on the road: the facilities appeared to include free parking when I booked, but I didn't see a car park. I would stay there again.
刚刚刚好旅行Very good, breakfast is good, the location is convenient, the hotel is modern, the surrounding environment is very good, there are bus stations nearby, it is easy to get out of the city, and the rooms can see the sunrise.
GGuest UserThe location of this building is very central, and it has very nice working space, gym and public area, which is very nice. But be aware that there are mixed of students, short/ long term tenants so it might get noisy sometimes especially on the weekends. I’ve found a used sock under the chair in my room and the shower is clogged. Cleanliness could be improved. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they helped me keep my letters and packages at the reception. Overall it’s a great place to stay in Aberdeen when you don’t have a permanent home yet.
GGuest UserWent for breakfast, the fire alarm was going off in the restaurant, staff did not know how to switch the alarm off, everyone stayed in the room, staff continued to work. After 10/15 minutes I went to Premier Inn reception to complain as the noise was deafening. The manager had to go the the restaurant to ask the breakfast guests to leave and organise how to switch the alarm off. She apologies and refunded our breakfast cost, good for her. But where is the staff weekly training. There could have been a real fire and they were clueless.
GGuest UserWi-Fi is almost no, the hotel has no elevator, the heating is not open, and the others are not bad. The price is relatively affordable, I booked it the night before, the price is 462 RMB, okay
