I would have loved to write a great review for this hotel but unfortunately there were a few negatives. The text message to get into the building was ok and we were even able to get in earlier than check in time of 2.30pm. The room seemed nice, a bit compact, bathroom nice, and all clean apart from the 2 long black hairs we found in bed. The only chair in the room was a wooden chair which was so uncomfortable and the TV was so high on the wall even when watching from bed caused neck ache. The walls are quite thin so can hear people in next room. Worst thing was the communication with owners - check in fine but check out they said they would store our luggage - couldn't get through to any of them until around 11am (check out time) and were told to leave our luggage in an open cuboard which did not lock! Unfortunately because of these issues don't think we would stay again which is a shame as location great :-(

The location here was unbeatable. I had a great stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I loved my view. I could hear the people on the streets when I cracked my window, which was cool. Loads of places to eat, and shopping nearby. There is also a nice park nearby as well. Chloe was so kind, I met her when I first arrived.

Nice little hotel in the city centre of Aberdeen. In the middle of Union Street. Short walk to everything. The rooms looks new and clean, the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. The price is good also. I am surely gonna stay here again for my next stay in Aberdeen.

Exceptional value for accommodation in the heart of Aberdeen just off Union Street Great nights sleep in a comfortable bed Room well appointed and clean Great shower Whats not to like!We parked in Frederick Street car park which is close by and you can park for 14 hours but free overnight

Excellent location and price, room was nice and warm on a cold night, comfy bed, easy check in and hosts contactable by text message and very responsive. For a 4 star hotel, some real coffee instead of instant coffee would have been a room provision I'd have loved. Otherwise, this room did the job fine but it didn't quite feel like a 4 star experience. However, this is reflected in the price which was great.

Stayed last night very nice room with large comfortable bed . Great location for pubs/restaurants Price very competitive for city centre and easy check in by text..room only but yea/coffee and biscuits provided and plenty of places nearby for breakfast

If your definition of a hotel involves a reception with attentive staff available on a landline and in person, then this is not the place for you. If you want to turn up in the evening and expect someone to greet you, go elsewhere. But it does exist, it is not a scam and you can get in at night - as long as you contact the owners on one of their mobile numbers ahead of time. If you want somewhere central and clean where you can rest your head, Coffee House could be your cup of tea.

Amazing service and great, clean, rooms. Shower was amazing! Would recommend to families, romantic getaways and friend trips! As 5 students we felt it was in the perfect location to see all the sights but also close to the night life!
