Cleaning and maintenance services are pathetic. Dirty washrooms. Dusty place. We stayed there for 2 days. And no one knew how to properly clean a washroom. We had to ask the managers again and again.but they were so lazy and not listening . The breakfast menu was also very substandard.

Access road from city is under construction n is a bumpy ride to the hotel. The hotel is refreshing however the reception staff is green n need urgent thorough training. Generally the twin room was looking good. However the bathroom door needs a strong male to push it to close n open. Requested to fix this but God knows when. The used wc wasn't even cleaned properly, do I need to elaborate! WiFi exists but not for guests as it doesn't catch on to mobile network. Kitchen closes at 10.30pm!! Dinner was horrible. Chicken in karachi was raw. Breakfast does not start until 9am!!! I strongly suggest to improve this time to 7.30a.m. Front office started working at 10am. RoomsPlease gear up your maintenance dept.
