We have already been to this property and we returned precisely because we thought it was beautiful. We tried to book by phone, and we were told that the double room with a newborn would cost 105 euros. When we finalized the reservation on their direct site and went to pay, we were told a discounted cost of 122 euros... it would have been 142 euros. At which point I asked for clarification and the owner himself told me "we don't want newborns", so I politely advised not to actually accept them, because saying ok to children but only if paid handsomely then there is something to be ashamed of. So know that newborns in this hotel are accepted based on the mood of the owner, and the established price too. On the phone a certain price list, in person another, and if it's a bad day, they just don't come in!!!.... EMBARRASSING. Congratulations!

È il secondo anno che passiamo all'hotel Aurora, abbiamo fatto il pacchetto capodanno tutto meraviglioso cenone top 🔝 e tutto il resto meraviglioso, solo una pecca la sera di capodanno purtroppo è una mosceria non c'è un filino di musica 🎶 neanche una TV per poter far partecipe almeno alla mezzanotte e brindare 🥂 suggerisco di pensarci x l'anno prossimo. Ciao hotel Aurora all'anno prossimo. ❤️

Se giungete dal retro, vi sembrerà erroneamente di aver preso una accantonata, in quanto le pareti retrostanti sono molto datate. Si apre però nella parte antistante, la bella facciata di uno splendido piccolo hotel. Curato in ogni particolare ha camere non molto spaziose ma con ampio bagno e comodi letti. La colazione è molto abbondante, occorre prenotarla tra una vasta scelta di possibilità e se non viene consumata totalmente viene fatto cestino da portare via. l'area wellness è davvero carina: idromassaggio con luci colorate, sauna e bagno turco, stanza del sale, sala relax, docce emozionali. Gentilissimo il personale che mi ha consentito di usufruire della spa in solitaria nonostante fosse quasi l'ora di chiusura al nostro arrivo. Utile il parcheggio antistante l'hotel un po' isolata l'ubicazione rispetto al centro e alla zona storica. Esiste anche un ristorante a fianco di cui però non abbiamo usufruito. A pochi km dalle piste del monte Amiata.

Un tre stelle che però non si fa e non ti fa mancare nulla. Curato, pulito e con una bella spa completa a pagamento (sauna, b. turco, vasca idro, stanza di sale, docce emozionali etc.: €30/persona per due ore). Tanti dettagli che lo fanno distinguere: acqua in camera da ricaricare gratuitamente al distributore, condizioni meteo aggiornate in ascensore, cassaforte, frigo, tv, etc. La colazione non è il massimo perché va ordinata in anticipo (orientativamente la sera prima) compilando una scheda con un massimo di preferenze. È pur vero che tutto ciò evita gli sprechi e che effettivamente non abbiamo bisogno di mangiare a colazione come se non ci fosse un domani

Hotel moderno, ben arredato e ben tenuto, personale gentilissimo. Spa piccola ma con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi (bagno turco, sauna, secchiata di acqua gelida, docce sensoriali, vasca idromassaggio, stanza salina) e con possibilità di prenotarla in esclusiva per 2 ore. Colazione non a buffet ma con molta scelta ed ordinabile riempiendo una comanda che viene consegnata al check in.
