This hotel is very clean and smells great—there’s absolutely no cigarette odor. The room has a heated bed and even a heated toilet seat. Everything is electronically controlled, including the curtains. The staff provides excellent service and are very friendly, especially Manager Huang. She speaks English very well, which made communication easy. She took great care of us and was always willing to help. She even called taxis for us multiple times. She truly has a service mind. I was very impressed. If you’re coming to this area, I highly recommend this hotel!

Welcome to Songpan Yunjing Bay Hotel

The service was awesome, Galam was super helpful, she gave us a free breakfast upgrade as well as a free ride directly to songpan station. The atmosphere was outstanding, the courtyard in the middle of the hotel plus with the freezing chill weather was worth a 5-10 minute appreciation. I had a great time here in this little town in a valley.

Location is very good and the room is spacious and clean. Love the view of the garden and the mountain at the back. Getting to JZG entrance is just a 3 - 5 mins taxi ride from the hotel and it cost about 4 yuan per person. The hotel lobby is nice and the breakfast selection is also very good. I would stay here again in the future. The staff are pleasant especially the “bigger size” lady who gave very good service but I didn’t get to know her name. Overall a good place to stay.
