In the years, Patina tries to cover up elegantly by thick tapes and expensive materials. With renovation you can't get behind. The staff in Livree works accurately. In the breakfast room, we were put on a table directly at the buffet - penalty for the price? The boring breakfast is varied but most of it is made of packaging. 5☆ without handwork? The Cappuccino is no one. Can I recommend the house? The red eyes of chlorine in thermal water say: not for me. There is a design day on the 5th floor, it looks nice.

It is located in a hot spring resort, although the scenery is good, but it is an old building. The elevator also needs to be pushed open by hand, and there is a bed next to the room. Breakfast is a continental breakfast with lots of bread, vegetables and cheese.

The hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.

Set near a pedestrian zone just outside Abano Terme center, it offers free parking and a large modern spa.Guests have free use of the gym and the wellness facilities, while massages come at extra cost. Both pools are extra large, the indoor one measures 656 ft², while the outdoor is 1640 ft² and they both come with hydromassage. The spa includes a sauna, as well as a Turkish bath.Rooms are air conditioned and each one has a balcony. They come with carpeted or wood floors and an LCD TV with satellite channels.An Italian breakfast is served each morning, while the restaurant serves Veneto specialties at lunch and dinner. Evening entertainment takes place twice a week.Parking is free and the hotel is easily reached from the A13 motorway. Padua is 20 minutes' drive away.

Excellent indoor/outdoor pool. well maintained. pool staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and structure: unquestionable cleanliness.. large rooms. Not the most modern furnishings. Nice parking lot even if not the most spacious. Efficient and helpful concierge services. Restaurant: only had lunch once. view good variety at the buffet. Helpful staff. An ironic comment was noted, absolutely out of place, especially in a 5 star hotel.

Per noi è la terza volta in questa struttura, ambiente tranquillo pulito con ottima colazione e cena, mi spiace solo che questo albergo non offra il buffet di verdure per noi sarebbe molto gradito. Camerieri gentili e attenti all'ospite. Complimenti anche a chi fa le pulizie che presta attenzione al dettaglio. Tutto molto bene. Mi sento però di dare un consiglio, il nostro materasso era particolarmente scomodo molle con buca, per nulla indicato a chi già soffre il male alla schiena. Ma nell'insieme ottimo soggiorno, lo consiglio e torneremo. Grazie....

Personale gentile e disponibile.Cibo di buona qualita' in parte a buffet e in parte à la carte con menu fisso e portate a scelta.Camere ristrutturate essenziali ma dotate di tutto il necessario.Piscine con acqua termale esterne piccole per la capienza della struttura soprattutto se a pieno regime.Non collegate tra loro e con poca attrattiva..Da migliorare...
