The hotel is the last of the truly vintage Italian 5* hotels. They don't came like this anymore. Very rare to came by a 5* property in Italy these days. It's a real classy property for the elite. Rooms are very large. High end furnishings. The property gives off a vibe of an era of long gone in Italy. The service, layout and setup of the restaurant is immaculate. The chief maitre( Mr. Daniel is a true professional in his field. You certainly won't find them anywhere anymore.) My salute to the property management that's still maintaining this level of class and service. I highly recommend this property to those elite who seeks and values the 5* hospitality experience.

Incredible service, especially the director of the hotel is very nice. The food was excellent. Everyday the menu changed. The quality of the meat was great, the deserts amazing. The food was like in a Michelins star restaurant. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and cozy, I also liked the Aqua di Parma staff in the room. all the staff is great. Especially, Roman, Fabio, Elisa and many more. Ludmilla did a wonderful Job, facial of Biological Recherche, Mani and Pedicure, Massages. Also the hairdresser is very cool and did a fantastic job. The temperature in the hotel was good, warm and cozy.

The hotel was the second time, thought I was treated as the previous time but unfortunately it was not. The staff was very clean and kind. Good meals, although I felt the lack of vegetable buffet, at least that must be there! Compliments to the bathroom, you take much care of the pool area.

L'hotel si presenta in buono stato sia dentro che fuori, si notano e si apprezzano le varie migliorie che sono state fatte. La camera doppia standard è molto ampia, con un piccolo ingresso dove riporre scarpe e cappotti, il bagno è finestrato e dotato di tutti i comfort (speciale trovare lo scalda salviette a parete, non da tutti). Restano gli infissi interni e esterni originali che cozzano un po' con l'arredamento moderno che si è creato. Strano che in un 4 stelle non diano agli ospiti le ciabattine da camera. L'accoglienza alla reception non è stata delle migliori ma visto il periodo pre natalizio ci si passa sopra. Quello che è inaccettabile da un 4 stelle è il servizio ristorante presentatoci: - cibo degno di una mensa aziendale - con un piatto di cozze non hanno portato un piattino per i gusci - non ci sono abbastanza formaggere e le cameriere devono girare come trottole per farla passare ad ogni tavolo - le posate extra vengono portate senza tovagliolo, ma solo in mano girando per tutta la sala - i cappotti devono essere lasciati fuori nei divanetti per un passato incidente in cui un cameriere ha rovesciato del cibo. Basterebbe porre degli attaccapanni nella stanza ristorante - il cibo del buffet centrale è freddo - non è possibile prendere un caffè al tavolo ma solo al bar che è di un gestore esterno per cui occorre sempre avere il portafoglio con sé (anche se in piscina vuoi un aperitivo devi pagarlo subito, senza poterlo addebitare sulla camera) - personale di sala e bar non preparati adeguatamente, manca professionalità - pasta scotta e pasta in bianco senza burro o olio Ma la cosa che è più inaccettabile è la qualità del materasso: duro come una tavola di legno, così che tutti i benefici del giorno vengano spazzati via nella notte e che ci si svegli con un gran mal di schiena. Insomma da rivedere parecchie cose prima di poterlo chiamare a tutti gli effetti un 4 stelle, ci si aspetta di più.

5 Stars isn’t quite enough! This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

Hotel elegante che offre servizi di alta qualità sia dal punto di vista delle cure termali e sia dal punto di vista gastronomico. Le cure termali sono di ottimo livello ed eseguite da valenti professionisti. Il ristorante è gestito in maniera eccellente ed i piatti sono sempre di prima qualità. Le camere sono istate, n gran parte, completamente rinnovate e curate a fondo nella pulizia giornaliera.
