The hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.

Highly recommend Hotel Mioni Pezzato! Spent a wonderful week; therapists are fantastic; received especially professional and therapeutic treatments from the therapist, Alessio. employees of the hotel are so friendly and attend to your every need and wish. Will return for sure!

A perfect hotel only found on the web and it has completely satisfied me.A very competent staff,an excellent restaurant (thanks to Ivan) and a very good health center (thanks to Lorella) make the hotel at the top ranking.I used only the roof pool but perfect for my need.Thank you for making feel like at home.

Hotel well placed and equipped with all comforts. Beautiful pool as well as the sauna and steam room. Great restaurant, friendly and polite staff and reasonable prices. The poolside aperitif is wonderful and doesn't cost a fortune. The pool water temperature is very pleasant and never too hot.

I recently stayed at the Abano Grand Hotel, and i had a mixed experience. The reception area, where I was assisted by Alexandra, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I have to say that the breakfast and the breakfast area left something to be desired. The food quality and variety of choices could use some improvement. I expected a bit more in terms of the morning meal experience. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Alexandra ( Alexandra the Great) at the reception. I'm considering coming back at the same time of the year, but I hope to see some enhancements in the breakfast offerings by then.I’m

I have already written so many reviews in Italian, I have little more to say, despite the fact that this hotel is renewed every year. So I thought it would be best to translate my first review into English. Here it is. I have written a lot about Abano this year because I have fallen deeply in love with this magical place, where anxiety is dissolved in stillness and well-being, where I take refuge in dreaming, lulled by its waters and times. I reached the 29th night, I met 8 hotels, almost all very good, some excellent, I became fond of the Verdi and the Trieste, but this time, by chance, I came across the Bristol Buja and it was an experience unlike any other, I can't explain, you know that intangible feeling of feeling happy and satisfied when everything is perfect? That had never happened to me. Some feelings have to be experienced, I will try to translate them into words. I could start with the room: exactly as requested, on the second floor near the elevator with appreciated upgrade from Basic to Classic. I could go on to the restaurant: as a lactose intolerant person, I always prefer vegan dishes and here they have a BWell menu that is fabulous, not like those sad vegan dishes put just as a sop. And the appetizer and fruit buffets? Immense. The menu? The best recipes from the Italian culinary tradition. The pastries? So far I've only ever seen one dessert in all the hotels; here there are three plus other fixed like homemade gelato or crème caramel. The breakfast? Excellent, the way I like it, all of their own making, the only hotel where they make croissants and don't buy them frozen. They even keep them warm so they don't go moldy. The juice you find in the other 5 stars? Great idea, but now in summer, it's not the season, no point, here they give a BWell extract, there you pay it. Let's turn to the dining service, almost always a sore point. The best! Gentlemen, where else do you see pure guèridon service performed with such elegance and skill by long-time professionals? Mr. Paolo, many congratulations. The pools? Beautiful, one dedicated only to whirlpools. The indoor one with a dramatic rooftop window. The sunbeds? Both indoor and outdoor with the mattress, with none other than the umbrella. The spa? New and all kinds. The lobby? Large, with satin sofas and Persian rugs everywhere. The breakfast room? New with an outdoor terrace. The Dining Room? Amazingly comfortable upholstered chairs with armrests and the most beautiful set of dishes I have ever seen in my life. Want to have a good time? Evening with pleasant musical entertainment. Don't feel like it? A bocce court, a tennis court and a mini golf course. Not even that, want to go out? No problem, in the room on the coffee table or next to the elevator a rich bulletin board of events, excursions, museums, habit now gone. We spent 4 nights in this hotel located near the center of Abano terme. Although the hotel in itself looks good and the suite that we had was spacious and offered most expected amenities for a 5-star hotel, the service was, in our opinion, not as expected. We tried the restaurant one evening but the food was not that great and service was quite lousy ( they forgot the dishes, did not bring us knives to eat cheese…). Same with the breakfast which did not offer a full buffet (as expected in such a hotel). In short, we fell short on our expectations in this hotel. Concerning the massages that we had, they were OK ( not the best that we had) but there was a lack of personnel at the SPA reception ( very often, nobody was there to cater to the guests…). Also, there was not enough seats around the outside pool and we had to carry our own from inside …

We spent a week in this hotel for the third time in the winter period and we'll be back again. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the thermal area with indoor and outdoor pool, hydromassage, sauna, etc. The staff is prepared and nice and the food is excellent and varied. The area, near Padova, Vicenza and not far from Venice, is rich in beautiful sites to visit. The city of Abano is also lively and pleasant, with very special Christmas dolls.
