We have just returned from a wonderful week of mud and bath therapy. Excellent food and cleanliness, the staff is extremely kind and available for every request, (I have a couple of food intolerances and they have always had a special attention) starting from the ladies at the reception to the mud baths, the massage staff and the waiters in the room. We will definitely return and I recommend it. Thanks to everyone Nadia and Bruno from Asti

I had the great pleasure of staying one night in this hotel where I felt really relaxed. The great hospitality and helpfulness of all the staff and the abundant and good cuisine made my stay really pleasant and impeccable. The location of the hotel is excellent, right near the pedestrian area and it has large rooms with a terrace. Excellent cleanliness. Meals with abundant portions and quality products, excellent variety and a note of merit for the service with a trolley for choosing dishes. The girls at the reception were always smiling and helpful. I really had a nice stay, highly recommended, I will definitely return.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location, at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Spacious rooms and large balconies. Attentive and courteous staff. Fine cuisine with a choice of different courses. Thermal offer adequate to the different requests.

Terrible experience, only positive vote for the triple room and the central location. We had dinner during Christmas day, I don't know if the chefs and the staff were tired from the service at lunch but we "enjoyed"; definitely reheated food and not cared for. My daughter's pasta was very hard, the same was the tuna and the turkey steak. Excessive price for the service given and for the accommodation facility as a whole. At the same prices if not lower I stayed in Abano in much better hotels. Unfortunately we only found availability here. Now I know why.
