Standard room but clean, friendly staff and the food in the restaurant is very good! Congratulations...Reception staff very kind and friendly and always available! It is a hotel where I would happily return. Good quality and price, recommended for everyone even for families!

Economically interesting offer identified at their facility for 3 nights through Trivago. I called them to ask for some info and to confirm the stay, but over the phone they confirmed a much higher rate (almost 200 euros more). I point out to them that the best price on Trivago is much lower and they tell me to book via the site (as if they hadn't included the offer!). I proceed with the site and at the end of the procedure I am informed that the booking did not take place because the offer is no longer available, it was certainly canceled by the hotel following my call. My warmest compliments for your seriousness, it's a shame I can't give 0 stars because that's what you deserve

I must say that overall I didn't find it bad, of course there are things to improve. Full board doesn't cost too much, it's a three-star hotel, so this must also be considered. There are the comforts that you find in all hotels, nothing is missing, there is even a hairdryer in the bathroom (which I never use because I bring it from home). Yes, the furnishings are dated, in the bathroom there is no shower cubicle, but a plastic curtain, there is carpet, the room doors still open with a metal key, true, but everything is clean. Staff: rating 10+, all very kind and good, and above all very quick. Pool and spa area: rating 6, unfortunately there is a need for modernization here and they were doing work. I have to applaud the accessibility of the pool, people with disabilities can access it safely. I managed to bathe my grandmother who has serious walking problems, anyone who needs to use a wheelchair can access the tub directly because there is a slide. This is truly commendable. Also consider that here you will have free access to the sauna and Turkish bath, as well as the hydromassage tub (in other hotels they are subject to charges). Lunch and dinner: rating 8, I would have preferred larger doses. The house sparkling wine is good! good choice of wines too. breakfast: rating 6, there is little choice in both sweet and savory, the latter with very little choice, for example I didn't see the eggs and bacon. BAR service: rating 10+, truly excellent, here the spritzes (and not only) are made properly! Overall I recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely return. Congratulations again to the staff

Quiet hotel, very clean and with wonderful staff... Good lunch and dinner menus, plentiful and varied, sublime special coffee which Lorenzo made great for me in the evening.... I hope to return!

I stayed for a weekend at this hotel, I assumed from reading other reviews that the hotel was dated but this wouldn't have been a problem! The problems are others ... We had a room in which the wall was peeling due to water infiltration (probably from the bathroom), the room temperature regulation thermostat was broken (really broken!). Small pools but even here it wouldn't have been a problem if there had been control of what was happening, but nothing, no control and absolute anarchy of some rude people! At the restaurant, a decent choice for lunch and dinner and good food without much pretension, for breakfast, however, a more limited choice and unsatisfactory service in my opinion. Little organization also from the reception staff, we asked if it was possible to have a massage and they didn't know it at the time so we agreed that they would let us know within a few hours, we didn't hear anything and we thought we wouldn't was the possibility to do it, too bad that the next morning, early, the masseur literally threw us out of bed saying that we were late for the massage .... too bad no one warned us. At the time of paying and leaving, not a word about what happened ... I can't say I was satisfied, I'm sorry.

Run away....dirty.....poor food....prewar rooms.....non existent staff what a disappointment!!! ruined holiday all the hotels around are something else they should close and restore everything .... Take better care of customers and food
