Fantastically rude and aggressive staff. The first time I stayed here a waiter tried to physically shove me out of his way (while I was sat at the table!!!!). I’m not a complainer, but this was so aggressive, I felt I had to report to the manager. Second time I visit, he’s still there (really?), but I manage to avoid him. All is well until its time to leave when I’m presented with a drinks bill that’s full of stuff I didnt have (eg 40 euros of wine I didnt drink). When I say the bill is wrong, they ask me to tell them what I had (like I can remember every bottle of water I had over -l10 days). Anyway, I’m doing my best - even adding of things theyve missed as well as taking off what I hadn’t had. The barman then appears and starts agitating to add things to the bill that weren’t even there in the place. The receptionist and I agree an amount, I pay, and return to the bar to have a coffee with my friends. The barman then appears and starts shouting at me angrily, insisting I have cheated him and saying I can’t “just pay what I want”. Here’s the nub - I dont drink alcohol - so there’s mo doubt in mind the hotal were charging me for things I didnt have. Mistakes happen. But do I have to waste half an hour and then get shouted at ad a consequence? This hotel really needs to start setting some standards for how their staff treat their guests.

Personale gentile,ottimo cibo,hotel un pò stile retrò ma molto gradevole, camera grande e pulita, piscina con la possibilità di uscire in giardino con idromassaggi anche esterni ,piacevoli anche in gennaio. Il soggiorno è stato breve ma molto gradevole. Torneremo.

Week end alle terme area relax molto tranquilla e pulita unica pecca la camera ovvero il letto molto scomodo con materasso che ci ha rovinato la schiena (si sentivano le molle), forse perché abbiamo prenotato con Smart box e credo ci abbiano dato una camera così scadente , anche perché se vai alle terme per rigenerarti e poi passi 2 notti a non dormire e partire con la schiena dolorante non ha senso!!! Non ci siamo lamentati ma semplicemente non torneremo piu

Ritornata per la terza volta in questo Hotel in una posizione centrale ma molto comoda per arrivare.Dispone di parcheggio.Pranzo e cena tutto molto buono con prodotti di ottima qualità.Porzioni abbondanti.Buona anche la colazione.Personale molto gentile.Molto pulito ovunque.

Ci siamo stati con mia moglie lo scorso week end ed è stata un ottima scelta. I nostri figli ci avevano regalato una smart box e tra gli hotel proposti abbiamo scelto questo. Ha superato le aspettative l'hotel è molto bello e curato è si un po datato ma come la maggior parte di quelli che ci sono in zona. Stanze pulitissime e confortevoli forse un pò alto il riscaldamento. Piscine non enormi ma curate ok la zona SPA con bagno turco sauna e docce varie. Mia moglie ha fatto anche due trattamenti al centro relax e si è trovata benissimo e i prezzi sono ok. Sala colazioni molto bella e buffet ricco. Il personale è cordiale esperienza da rifare sicuramente.

Per me è il migliore di quelli che ho visitato, qualità prezzo ottimo, qualche problema con la piscina il venerdì è sabato per il numero di persone presente, e per la buona educazione di molti Italiani che alle otto scendono per occupare posti.in estate c’è posto intorno alla piscina fuori. Buona pulizia. Ristorante buono.

Qualità prezzo molto buona. Pulizia voto 10, personale 9 (cortese e disponibile), pranzo/cena 9, colazione 9. Zona piscine 8 (piccolina e un po' affollata, peccato manchi percorso kneipp, comunqueben tenuta), zona relax 9 (comprensiva di sauna, doccia fredda, bagno turco e doccia emozionale). Sabato sera passato in compagnia di una brava cantante, sassofonista che ha anche animato la serata con balli di gruppo fino a mezzanotte 10. Accappatoi con noleggio a pagamento. Una sola giornata ma goduta in maniera paradisiaca. Mi piacerebbe tornare per provare le cure termali complete.

Coccole e relax. Ambienti puliti, ottimo cibo di qualità, cura della persona in ogni forma con massaggi e cure specifici. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Meriterebbe 4 stelle. A due passi dal centro. Piscina interna ed esterna con idromassaggio. Lo consigliamo.
