E' da qualche anno che frequento regolarmente, almeno una volta se non oltre, l'Albergo Verdi : ci troviamo sempre benissimo !!! Plauso per servizio, camere, pasti, disponibilità, servizi, ecc. Esperienza fantastica, siamo stati lì per la serata alle terme con cena e aperitivo. Super rapporto qualità prezzo. Una nota di Merito vanno al Sig. Andrea e Pablo, Receptionist, barman, camerieri e comici, insomma dei tutto fare !! e lo fanno anche molto bene. Consigliatissimo

Siamo stati una settimana per fare le cure e le terme e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale molto gentile, camera spaziosa comoda e pulita, cibo ottimo, con moltissima scelta. Personale di sala gentilissimo e molto attento alle allergie. Tutto lo staff molto disponibile. Massaggiatrice bravissima. Piscine molto belle con molte postazioni. Da rivedere un pò la zona fanghi, da ristrutturare e creare un ambiente più relax. Per il resto tutto benissimo, ci ritorneremo e ne abbiamo già parlato bene ad amici

Hotel classificato 4 stelle ma ne vale non più di 3. Arredamento in stile anni '70 e lì è rimasto, anche se mantenuto abbastanza bene; molto bello e funzionale il centro benessere e le piscine con molte postazioni con idromassaggio tutte funzionanti e tenuti in maniera eccellente. La camera assegnata sufficientemente spaziosa, idem per il bagno; molto grande anche la terrazza esclusiva. Materasso molto rigido che nel mio caso non ha agevolato il riposo. Purtroppo nota negativa al ristorante con proposta menù a la carte con pochissima scelta e porzioni misere; il buffet di una tristezza composto solo da insalate e altri ortaggi ma niente sfiziosità come in genere viene proposto normalmente, anche nei ristoranti a 3 stelle, figuriamoci a 4 stelle! La colazione era un po' più ricca ma di prodotti industriali di scarsa qualità. Caffè imbevibile. Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante x 2 cene e 2 colazioni ma la tovaglia del tavolo assegnato non è mai stata cambiata nonostante fosse vistosamente macchiata. Altra scena per nulla professionale è notare che una cameriera aveva preferenze presso alcuni clienti riservando porzioni maggiori, atteggiamento notato anche da altri commensali. Si consiglia una totale revisione per quanto riguarda la gestione del ristorante a nostro parere inammissibile in una struttura a 4 stelle.

Sono stata ieri sera con due amiche per un apericena con SPA presso il Panta Rhei dell' albergo. È stata un'esperienza fantastica sia per la struttura meravigliosa con piscine ricche di getti di idromassaggi,sauna e bagno turco , doccia emozionale e tanto altro tutto molto pulito ma sia per il personale sempre garbato e disponibile. L'apericena è stata poi abbondante e di nostro gradimento sempre servita con cortesia e organizzazione. Abbiamo trascorso 4 ore di relax assoluto circondate da un ambiente estremamente gradevole. Assolutamente consigliato!

Abituati ad andare in questo hotel per la piscina termale , come al solito abbiamo chiamato e prenotato ( già clienti registrati con la bambina di 7 anni) . Quando ci siamo presentati per l’ingresso la dipendente ci ha riferito che la bambina non poteva entrare , nuova regola da ottobre 2024. Allora e’ mercoledì pomeriggio , pochissime persone , ci lasci entrare sappiamo che da ora i bambini non sono più bene accetti ce ne andremo da un altra parte (rispondiamo ) … la dipendente di sua scelta risponde di no. . I bambini non entrano . Maleducata e arrogante !!! Che male faceva dire mi informo ??? No assolutamente no la sua risposta ! Bene per me potete anche chiudere !!!! Si tratta di una bambina mica di un cane !!!!

Alla ricerca di un albergo aperto ad Abano, con piscine e spa per rilassarsi completamente, abbiamo scelto questo hotel che dalle recensioni faceva al caso nostro. 3 giorni di totale godimento con una camera deluxe estremamente confortevole, colazioni e cene molto curate e tutta la parte wellness molto pulita e confortevole. Ho avuto anche il piacere di conoscere Daniela che mi ha coccolato con un massaggio molto accurato e professionale. Tutto il personale alla reception, di sala e ai piani si è dimostrato all'altezza della situazione e sempre disponibile. Insomma una esperienza piacevolissima, da ripetere. Vorrei solo segnalare alla direzione la mancanza di un maniglione nella doccia molto utile per la sicurezza delle persone anziane.
