The owner has the great fortune of having this structure but unfortunately he has put in people who don't know how to manage it. Let's start with the positives, the structure is very nice, a few steps from the centre, the economy rooms where we stayed are large and spacious. The pools are clean and very beautiful. Arriving I found the sheets with holes and the towels stained but I kept quiet thinking that some problem could happen. Unfortunately the real problems occur at meal times. If you don't arrive early for breakfast you won't find any more croissants and the staff is not very friendly. As for lunch and dinner, the real delirium arrives. It happened that we didn't have water until the start of the second course, the meal dragged on like a real agony for hours, we were all attacked with sardine-style tables. Today I politely expressed my complaint to a waitress who told me that that was the door and if I didn't like it, to take it… Many regular customers told me that in past years it was much better and they too have found the defects to described me. A real pity for customers who will not return and will keep a negative memory of their stay.

Excellent hotel large, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent meals but slow table service. Pool area clean but water full of chlorine. Excellent entertainment with Barbara who cheered us up at 5.30pm with water aerobics. Strategic position in front of the pedestrian area. Water costs 3.80 per liter .... more than petrol 😂

We stayed in this hotel years ago and had good memories, unfortunately the stay between Christmas and New Year's Eve 2022 was very disappointing. Hotel that is going into decline is no longer a 4 star, I asked the bar to bring a chamomile tea to my wife's room who was not feeling very well and the guy from the bar says he is alone and cannot be absent, there is no response like that in a 4 star. The most absurd thing is the restaurant room we were in the small room where the room manager posed as a professional but was not even able to explain the dishes and ingredients if a customer is allergic to some food it becomes a serious problem, he said things randomly meaningless in a midday lunch they also brought us the menu of the day before (congratulations) other behavior not 4-star, but the most comical thing unfortunately were the waiters hired I suppose for the holidays and absolutely not prepared wrong orders wrong drinks they asked for dessert and I didn't know what it was, I almost felt tenderness because you throw yourself there doing something I don't know. The thermal pools are fair but insufficient if the hotel is full. The only positive thing and I must compliment it was the excellent cleaning of the room. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Thank you

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days, what can I say clean, welcoming ... but there are many shortcomings. Let's start with the rudeness of the waiters and the catering service: for a 4-star hotel it is really poor! Above all because the kitchen does not know the rules in place for coeliacs ... for 3 days I did not eat anything and what I ate was raw and contaminated I was always sick! The breakfast was very scarce with cured meats gone bad and black… and obviously there was nothing for me!! I asked for a discount since I didn't eat anything and €10 was taken from me! For my son, raw white pasta arrived with hand-cut butter… and the cheese was brought to you after 20 minutes! The swimming pools: clean yes but some were not in operation I'm sorry but I will not go back there again and not only I have complained in many! Tip for the hotel: CHANGE THE COOK, REVIEW THE HCCP LAWS (you are not in compliance with the law at all) AND ABOVE ALL, ORGANIZE THE ROOM. I was so disappointed!
