I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the care I received during my stay at GB Thermae Hotel in Italy from January 7th to 31st. Emanuel, the manager, assured me that I would receive proper support, but this was not the case. Instead, they assigned a porter to assist me with basic needs, including using the toilet, but he handled me abruptly, resulting in a large wound on my bottom. When I requested proper carers, they were not only unhelpful but also rude and verbally abusive. I feel that the care provided was completely inadequate and unacceptable. Additionally, when I saw a doctor, I was given plasters containing sulphur, despite my allergy, further adding to my distress. Terribly poor quality of care and the injury I suffered. Looking back at my experience, I feel extremely upset and distraught, and I hope this matter can be resolved appropriately.

Reservation made at the Thermalies salon, for a treatment of thermal mud application with anti-inflammatory properties. The treatment itself is carried out with professionalism and seriousness (special mention to the operator Francisco, who works there with great involvement). But: -I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It is a "4 star superior" hoax; rooms supposedly renovated but not soundproofed, you hear your neighbors screaming all night, -Buffet breakfast without any fresh fruit, no pressed juice, absolutely all the products are industrial and filling -Meals without flavor, poor quality. First time I eat so badly in Italy... -Neglectful reception staff, not responsive or efficient in case of problem. Do not correspond to what one would expect from a "4 * sup". -Roof work all day: a failure if you want to take a short nap... -Hotel managed on a shoestring: the bathroom heating was cut off in the middle of winter, so how could you dry your bathrobe and towel when you came back from the thermal pool? -Bottle of mineral water in the room: you have to pay! You're supposed to be on a spa treatment... -What about the door opening system in the room that broke down, and it took the reception 48 hours to send a technician... In short, catastrophic hotel management, with a petty economy of pennies. First and last time for us.

Attualmente sto soggiornando in questo splendido albergo a 4 stelle superiore e devo dire che l’esperienza è davvero eccezionale. Dall’accoglienza calorosa dello staff, sempre disponibile e gentile, alla pulizia impeccabile di ogni ambiente, ogni dettaglio è curato per garantire il massimo comfort agli ospiti. La ristorazione merita una menzione speciale: ogni pasto, dalla colazione al pranzo e alla cena, è preparato con cura e la qualità del cibo è davvero eccezionale. È un piacere poter gustare piatti così deliziosi in un ambiente così raffinato. Per quanto riguarda le strutture, la piscina interna è un po’ piccola, ma questo piccolo limite è facilmente superato dalla presenza di due ampie piscine esterne, perfettamente mantenute e ideali per rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. In sintesi, questo albergo offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole, dove l’attenzione ai dettagli e la qualità del servizio fanno davvero la differenza. He pasado una semana en el hotel La Residence, me ha parecido muy bonito, muy cuidado y muy acogedor. Las personas que trabajan aquí son muy educadas y siempre con una sonrisa que se agradece mucho.Tenía la pensión completa y es una delicia poder probar tantas especialidades italianas y también de esta parte de Italia que es el Veneto, Roberta en el comedor me atendió maravillosamente, sonriente y muy profesional.La habitación muy calentita con una terraza estupenda que da a las piscinas, lástima que al ser invierno no pude disfrutarla.Gracias y ojalá pueda tener la oportunidad de volver.🇪🇦

Siamo appena tornati dal ponte dei santi trascorso in questo hotel caratterizzato da un lusso antico ma antiche risultano anche le camere e soprattutto i bagni resi molto stretti dalla presenza della vasca da bagno vecchia maniera con tanto di manopole per l’acqua che per due volte sono cadute mentre facevo la doccia. Avrei soprasseduto su tutto se non fosse che ieri di ritorno dalle piscine non sono riuscita a fare la doccia perché mancava l’acqua, può succedere, hanno rimediato in un oretta, dopo cena l’acqua mancava ancora, pazienza, laviamo i denti con l’acqua minerale. Durante la notte veniamo svegliati da un fortissimo rumore di acqua corrente, chiamiamo la reception, che dubita della segnalazione, di fatto dopo un quarto d’ora il rumore cessa. Dopo tutto ciò non abbiamo ricevuto neanche delle scuse! Non ci torneremo, né lo consigliamo.

Siamo stati in questa struttura io e mio marito con amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Cucina eccellente con piatti squisiti e ben presentati. Piscine con zona relax pulite e curate. Che dire di più...super consigliato se avete voglia di una bella esperienza di relax. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente
