Hotel is very well located..unfortunately gave me the room with a view of the coast (works at 7:30 in the morning, disaster) and view of the trash cans downstairs (((Reseption managed by Omar.
In addition I warned that my stay was linked to my birthday!! yes, our staff very attentive and professional (bar, restaurant, doctor, masseur)
The swimming pool area is good..

Ранее в этом замечательном отеле мы бывали неоднократно. Практически невозможно, но на наш взгляд отель стал еще лучше. Сервис качественный и незаметный, еда очень вкусная, бассейны несколько изменили - отделали мрамором и немного понизили температуру в основном бассейне, что положительно сказалось на возможности в меру продолжительных заплывов. На рецепции русскоговорящие девушки, Александра и Татьяна всегда помогут с решением любых вопросов. Главное, конечно, абсолютно спокойная, умиротворяющая атмосфера отеля, спокойствие и дружелюбие в роскошных интерьерах и номерах. Но есть и нюансы, например, достаточно высокая лояльность (возможно, излишняя) отеля к курению. Также, несмотря на декларирование политики "только для взрослых" дети в этот раз все-таки были. впрочем, никого не беспокоили. Наш вердикт очевидный - если Абано-Терме, то отель Гранд Абано.

From the moment we entered, up until our departure we felt wonderful. The place is stunning—beautiful grounds, gorgeous lobby, large rooms, fabulous pools. We had not been back for over 10 years and they did a major upgrade to the pool facilities. Wow! The restaurant was just as amazing as we had remembered. The staff is truly incredible. If we could give 10 stars to the staff, we would. We are truly grateful for their hospitality.

super hotel for service and comfort. Hotel is comfortable and warm with large rooms. We had originally booked the sister hotel but were moved a few days before we were due to arrive. Its location wasnt great for our purpose as we were there to attend the Vicenza Fiera and the hotel didnt provide a shuttle service like their sister hotel but fortunately we arranged transport with other business customers we knew. If you were there for holiday purpose im sure the location is great. The thermal pool is wonderful and all the spa facilities. Restaurant buffet was very good and the bar was great to relax in every evening. Highly recommend .

Very nice and clean hotel. The service was great, during the busy season and winter holidays the staff went beyond our expectations to make sure our stay is pleasant, they were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, classic design. Not to far from Venice Airport, perfect location if you decide to walk around to many beautiful restaurants or bars. Had a good experience and I would highly recommend this to family members and friends.

I recently stayed at the Abano Grand Hotel, and i had a mixed experience. The reception area, where I was assisted by Alexandra, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I have to say that the breakfast and the breakfast area left something to be desired. The food quality and variety of choices could use some improvement. I expected a bit more in terms of the morning meal experience. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Alexandra ( Alexandra the Great) at the reception. I'm considering coming back at the same time of the year, but I hope to see some enhancements in the breakfast offerings by then.I’m
