For a 3 star hotel we got not much to complain Food every day different choice 9/10 Room comfortable, but little small 8/10 Bathroom little small 8/10 AC system. It’s a problem with many hotels in Abano terme & Montegrotto to cool the room, for heating it’s ok but cooling very poor. 4/10 Therapy & massages 9/10 Pools 8/10 Water heating quality 8/10 Pool bars 8/10 Locality position 10/10 Staff, including waiters 10/10 Total 9/10 I am trying to view all hotels in Abano terme and later I will go again in this hotel

Oh, it's a very fine hotel, don't be mislead by the assigned stars. Beautifully curated modern rooms, grand restaurant hall, amazing spa facilities. This is a first time in Italy I came across such a reamrkably professional team of receptionists- booking was made last minute on the phone, checkin and checkout process was above the skies! Thank you!

Beautiful return to the spa! The welcome is always excellent - the girls are super thanks Valentina Chiara Sabrina ... and the fantastic Antonella! Great food .... service maybe to improve a bit .... but that's fine! Maître Tommaso is great. As for the room - we had a Gold - it was a bit "narrow" and then if you want to improve you would need hangable hooks both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom - very nice and large - even them would like a handle in the shower. Everything else was fantastic and....as usual....we'll be back! Thanks a lot to everyone

my goal was relaxation and I achieved it in full .. all the staff were kind and helpful, swimming pools (4 woww) clean and spacious. clean rooms, breakfast buffet complete with sweet and savory available. excellent meals .. I really appreciated being able to have breakfast in my bathrobe .. a very small note on the coffee ... the espresso in the breakfast room good, but the one in the lobby bar and pool bar could be improved, but it is my taste ... I will definitely recommend hotel formentin to friends and acquaintances as well as returning as soon as possible.

We have spent a week at the Formentin hotel, we liked it very much in all aspects. It is a very central hotel, very clean, it has the charm of other times but updated, it is very nice and we have been on a full board basis and everything is delicious. There is no problem with the language because one of the receptionists is also charming, speak Spanish. We have felt at home. We will return for sure.

Third stay at the Formentin for 3 days of pure relaxation. Unbeatable price/quality. Partially renovated structure, welcoming and attentive family management. The strong point is the restaurant with the legendary metre Tommaso and all the waiting staff who are always attentive and smiling and an excellent and varied cuisine. Only one thing left me a little perplexed: the renovated rooms on the 1st floor overlook the internal courtyard, above the kitchens and surrounded by the staff quarters (so it seems to me). This means the smell of fried food in the morning and little privacy. A pity, everything would have been perfect! Nonetheless, we will definitely be back.
