I usually don't write reviews, but I want to protect people from what happened to us. Our room was old and the bathroom unkempt. In addition, it was very noisy and we could hear our neighbours as well as all the noises from the street. After sleeping maybe 4-5 hours the first night, we were looking forward to breakfast. Next disappointment, the staff seemed stressed and the food was not good/fresh. We even saw people not being able to get a seat. We had enough, after not even 12h in the hotel we asked if a checkout was possible. I had never done that before. The staff at the reception was friendly, but they did not ask why we left the hotel so early. I honestly believe that they are used to customers being unhappy and accept this. So we paid around 385 euros for the one night and the checkout and left the hotel.

Centrally located hotel, spacious and clean rooms. It's a shame about the minimalist bathroom equipment and the absence of the bathrobe and classic slippers: they would be useful for the spa. Swimming pools are more than decent and well equipped with hydromassages, on the sides of the outdoor swimming pool (rectangular, about 20 m) you can even swim. The real flaw is the breakfast, completely insufficient. A little would be enough: a couple of self-service coffee machines, a variety of fresh croissants and some properly made desserts.

Struttura vecchia alla quale hanno dato una leggera mano di vernice e qualche cerotto per chiudere i buchi. Ho scelto una camera più cara pensando che fosse confortevole invece purtroppo oltre ad aver speso un sacco di soldi la camera era vecchia per niente insonorizzato con finestre e tapparelle che non si chiudevano , nelle finestre con due viti era stata applicata una chiusura fatiscente, mobili fatiscenti alle quali è stato dato una mano di vernice. Nel bagno non era presente la fascetta sopra il wo, il rotolo di carta igienica di scorta era già aperto ed usato. Ristorante assolutamente incommentabile. Non parliamo della spa, sporca e totalmente antigienica, Zona piscina sempre bagnata con il rischio di cadute e scala per accedere perennemente bagnata, pericolosissima.

Struttura datata ma confortevole, bagni ristrutturati e bella zona nuova sauna/ bagno turco. Posizione favolosa, personale carinissimo. Belle anche le piscine: mi piacerebbe qualche gioco d'acqua in più nella parte più grande della piscina esterna ma nel complesso assolutamente valido tutto. Brava la massaggiatrice e gradevole anche l'intrattenimento serale. Adatto anche per i più piccoli. Torneremo sicuramente.
