As many wrote before me: the place has seen better days ! Not only the horrible mix of "styles" shows the hotel doesn't know where to go to ...........all has this shade of old, of not completely clean........ 4 Stars ? I don't know how many were on the sky when they counted them ? I'd say maximum 2 to be generous......the word "park" seems rather to come from many parked non used items inside and outside .....at least or bathroom was redone and fine, we've seen others .........all together : many things reminded me of a recover-hospital....the elevators , when functioning , force you to meditate like Ze-Buddhist waiting for them.......

Also this year our mother was able to enjoy a nice stay at this hotel. The excellent service received and the great kindness of all the staff made the holiday even more special. A special thanks to Mr. Massimo, very professional, always available and friendly to everyone. Excellent cuisine, with a wide choice of dishes. The service is very good, with attentive and attentive waiters. Good quality - price ratio. Recommended!

We stayed 2 nights with a 4 year old. Dinner with starred chef menus, finger food and delicious dishes. Staff extremely helpful, polite and available to meet the needs of customers (we thank Victor and Esmeralda for their kindness). Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. We would return soon!

Non torneremo mai più. Abbiamo alloggiato per due notti in queste terme. Il primo giorno e andato abbastanza bene. Però il secondo giorno della nostra permanenza, mentre eravamo in piscina, ci sono stati spariti un paio di occhiali da vista costosi. All'inizio ci ha aiutato a cercarli un ragazzo bagnino , ma ad un certo punto e sparito nel nulla senza averci aiutato. A questo punto ci siamo rivolti alla reception e da li l'immagine bella che ci siamo creati di questo posto e svanita. La signora alla reception ci ha trattato non male ma di più. Ci parlava in un modo arrogante e presuntuoso dicendoci che lei non centra niente e che non e un suo problema, ha detto "Signora magari erano del supermercato i suoi occhiali ed e venuta qua adesso a stressarmi e pretendere qualcosa". Alla fine arrabbiati e offesi, senza aver risolto nulla siamo tornati in camera. Alla mattina quando stavamo pagando per andare via ci ha offerto pure di prendere un paio di occhiali delle altre persone che avevano li, sempre in un modo presuntuoso e arrogante. Consiglio di imparare come trattare i clienti che ti portano lo stipendio e di come risolvere i certi problemi.

Sono stata con amiche presso questo hotel ed e’ stato molto piacevole soggiornarvi. Personale gentile e attento, cibo ( pensione completa) ottimo e abbondante, piscine ( sia interna che esterna) molto gradevoli con acqua calda e diversi getti idromassaggio. Camera pulita e accogliente, sicuramente ci tornerò.

Sicuramente non un Hotel di quattro stelle, peccato perché la zona piscine ha un bel potenziale ma un po' tutto lasciato al caso. Tutto l'hotel è un po' vecchio a parte le camere ai piani bassi rinnovate, sui piani alti come dicevo vecchie e rattoppate. Il mangiare non male, il buffet alla colazione e prima dei pasti assolutamente non da quattro stelle

Siamo andati anche marzo 2024. Piscina pranzo e cena molto buoni. Camere e colazione non certo per un 4 stelle. La direzione dovrebbe capire che chi prenota un 4 stelle ha certe aspettative e le camere qui sono da 2 stelle. Basterebbe un piccolo sforzo per migliorare un po'.

Da evitare: hotel datato e mal gestito non degno di un 4 stelle forse 2 . Scarsa pulizia non solo nelle struttura ma anche nella piscina, la spa solo con la sauna. Il vitto è da mensa aziendale. Ad abano ci sono strutture anche 3 stelle meglio di questa
