We had a great time. We liked the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the perfect temperature in all areas, excellent lunches, dinners and breakfasts. The pools with hydromassage are beautiful and open until late at night and never too crowded. The gym and spa are also very nice. The only suggestion to improve the service is to add drinking water dispensers and a self-service herbal tea bar in the spa. It is not pleasant to run out of liquids in a spa or to have to call the bar to get a glass of water after the sauna. However, it is a place where the atmosphere must be one of complete relaxation and where you need to continually rehydrate. For the rest, everything was excellent. Recommended.

The structure presents itself much better than a 3 star, all the furniture in the rooms is new and the rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is excellent, both in the rooms and in the rest of the structure, very beautiful and functional swimming pools and SPA, with everything you want to have (very comfortable padded and reclining deckchairs). Internal parking, staff always very helpful and courteous, The only criticism to make (personal taste) is that the bed mattresses are too firm.

Ritornato dopo parecchi anni ho potuto apprezzare le ristrutturazioni delle sale, delle piscine e della spa. Ottimo il servizio e la cucina, come pure la pulizia. Tranquillo e in buona posizione non troppo centrale. Merita un soggiorno e per questo ci farò volentieri ritorno.

Nulla da dire sulla spa e sulla piscina poiché molto belle quindi esperienza consigliata. L'unico problema riscontrato è stato legato al fatto che mi è stato chiesto di pagare un surplus di 5 euro aggiuntivi per il pranzo a menù fisso di 28 euro. Questo non sarebbe stato un problema se fosse stato rispettato lo stesso menù offerto agli altri clienti invece come primo,anziché un bis, mi è stata offerta una pasta al pomodoro.Per i secondi,essendo prevista carne,è stato possibile mangiare lo stesso. Premetto che non mi è mai successo di pagare un extra per il fatto di essere celiaca e purtroppo è normale non poter avere lo stesso numero di opzioni degli altri, ma chiedere di pagare di più per avere di meno non mi sembra molto corretto. A parte questo i camerieri sono stati molto cortesi e lo stesso vale per il servizio. Quindi consigliato a tutti tranne a coloro che presentano un regime alimentare particolare (ci è stato detto avrebbero chiesto di pagare un extra anche a vegetariani o vegani)

Ottima struttura, piscine abbastanza ampie aperte fino alle 23, ottima palestra, personale cordiale e buona cucina.. peccato che nella colazione non sia compresa la frutta, per il resto tutto a meraviglia, consigliato, anche per lunghi soggiorni.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia dal 25/12 al 27/12, personale della reception molto caloroso, stanze pulite e spaziose, disponibilità e gentilezza nella soluzione di qualsiasi problema. Piscine calde e pulite. I pasti abbondanti e molto buoni, il personale di sala e bar molto professionale e con gran simpatia. Non dimentichiamo la SPA molto bella, consiglio molto i massaggi relax con Camilla e Alice. Bello l'intrattenimento serale di Natale con la pianista Martina Miola. Un caloroso saluto a tutti e grazie.

Ciclo di due settimane di cure termali. Hotel confortevole e molto valido. Piscine termali, Spa, acquagym e avvenimenti serali allietano il soggiorno. Curata la cucina. Fango nella seconda settimana non meglio apprezzato sulla pelle.
