設施：沒有地暖沒有空調，打電話問就是沒到統一供暖時間，建議更名為阿壩冷途酒店，洗完澡出來凍死；洗澡洗到最後熱水都沒有了；
服務：院子裏沒有停車位了，也不出來告知，我找不到進去問他，告訴我要退出去停隔壁；
早餐：辦理入住的時候也不告訴我們早餐時間和地點，也沒給早餐券，等到我們早上九點過去，啥也沒了；
衞生：衞生堪憂，毛巾上有黃色污漬，兩條都有；

酒店一般，設施很老舊，老闆明明知道馬桶蓋壞了，沒有提前告知，説也沒有其他房間能換，兩個長者用差點在廁所滑倒，十分不安全。洗澡間的地漏和地板磚翹起了腳，還把腳扎破了。十一期間貴點就算了，但起碼質量要保證吧。老闆比較小心眼，擦車水流在水泥地上一會兒就幹了，還過來講了好久，十分計較。每年都自駕遊，從來沒見過這樣的店，這位男老闆不適合開店，差評！

房間很整潔，床品也很乾凈；洗澡水很大，舒服。五樓有自助早餐，品種較多，主要味道不錯，阿姨也很熱心，看我倒牛奶有點費勁了就趕緊又煮了一鍋出來，新鮮的氂牛牛奶，好喝。餐廳外有觀景平台。有免費停車的地方。
美中不足的是馬桶墊圈是壞的，淋浴間的門也有問題，開關很費勁，希望儘快修繕。

這是到達阿壩的第2晚住的酒店。先前一晚住的酒店沒有空調，而且臨街，窗外就是國道，夜裡噪音特別大，一夜沒睡好。轉天早晨緊急聯繫攜程管家，攜程管家幫我找了這家暖途酒店，房間質量出人意外的好：這是今年新開業的酒店，房間不臨街，面積很大，設施非常齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，而且還有智能馬桶。電視足有100寸。轉天早晨還提供免費早餐。真是棒極了！
