Aura Apartment Hotel

Excellent positioning and service. Was a wonderful stay overall. Great positioning, clean room on arrival, comfortable beds, good quality shower products (They also separate body wash & conditioner). Only issue was that there was no AC, thankfully we had 2 French balconies alongside the hotel providing a large fan. When we had trouble with accessing our room due to the lock not accepting our code we got swift help from customer service who provided a key to use instead.

Studio apartment although small is extremely well equipped and very clean. Close to amenities and within walking distance of the town centre..Had a little difficulty getting the temperature down at night to make it comfortable for sleeping and had to open a window . Would definitely stay there again.

We booked 2 nights and when we arrived and checked in, we found the room to be full of greasy kitchen smell as if we are being smoked. The smell is so strong especially in the only bathroom (where there is no vent and no window), the. We realized downstairs is a Japanese restaurant that most likely fries tempura. The grease odor was so strong even spending 30 min there we all smell like grease. We communicated with the property and they gave us another room which is upstairs but same issue. We just couldn’t stay there. At the end we just could not stay there unless we want to live in a greasy kitchen. The property didn’t care and wouldn’t refund or reduce the money so we pay for 2 nights even though we only spent 30 min there. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this place.
