Came to Aarhus for a business trip, a good value for money hotel with acceptable sanitary conditions. The self-service check-in and check-out is very convenient. There is a password locker for luggage storage on the first floor, which is convenient for storing luggage on the day after check-out.
The downside is that I live on the second floor and there is a bus stop downstairs which is a bit noisy. The nearest 711 is about a ten minute walk. There is a 24-hour unmanned convenience store next to it, but it is difficult for foreign tourists to enter.

Studio apartment although small is extremely well equipped and very clean. Close to amenities and within walking distance of the town centre..Had a little difficulty getting the temperature down at night to make it comfortable for sleeping and had to open a window . Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and quite spacious with good basic kitchen facilities. The property is centrally located and easy to walk everywhere.

We booked 2 nights and when we arrived and checked in, we found the room to be full of greasy kitchen smell as if we are being smoked. The smell is so strong especially in the only bathroom (where there is no vent and no window), the. We realized downstairs is a Japanese restaurant that most likely fries tempura. The grease odor was so strong even spending 30 min there we all smell like grease. We communicated with the property and they gave us another room which is upstairs but same issue. We just couldn’t stay there. At the end we just could not stay there unless we want to live in a greasy kitchen. The property didn’t care and wouldn’t refund or reduce the money so we pay for 2 nights even though we only spent 30 min there. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this place.

Restaurant next door and opposite. Bus stop right outside the apartment hotel. Safe (you require key code) to enter building. Great communication from the hotel staff via email (before check in), any other communication via sms. It is not the quietest hotel as it is close to bus stop, so during day time you will hear frequent bus noises. Still deserves 5 stars. Will stay again.
