The hotel is quite nice, just have some problem with the window in my room. We tried to open but it seem one side near fall down.

All was perfect, the hotel is located near to the airport, but a bit far from the center - 15 min by taxi, and 1.5-2h by public transport.

The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, it takes around 30 mins drive to reach to the centre. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Very bad experience. Strongly advise not stay in this hotel. 1. Didn't replace quilt every day; Even didn't clean up room every day. 2. Very serious bedbugs problem 3 person of us has been serious bited by bedbugs. Nightmare... Our nurse serious broken by the bite. 噩梦般的入住体验 1.床品卫生问题严重，未更换被品 房间卫生也很差 2.非常严重的床虱问题，我们三个人被咬，每人身上很多出咬伤（奇痒无比且不容易愈合） 这个非常要命。皮肤到处抓破溃烂，不容易愈合，每天奇痒无比。

The air conditioning, the facility were fine. The quality of food can be improved. They were helpful to book a taxi for me to the airport.

Trying to con my city tax fee from the reception. Quite clean and the room is big. The food (breakfast) was very expensive when compared to its qualit and quantity.

Location is far from the city centre, but hygiene, services are overall great.

Far from transportation and city but very calm and clean, Coffe machine didn’t work. staff are very nice and helpful 👏

Not very convenient for visiting Amsterdam first time too far out and public transport hard to get to . Taxis will not accept request unless it’s over 50 euros. Front desk female staff member very rude and unfriendly although the 2 male staff were very polite and helpful . Air condition was not working we had to argue to get it sorted. Other than all that it’s a nice clean hotel
