Als das Internet kurzfristig nicht funktionierte, brachte man mich in einem Meetingraum unter.

Excellent hotel within a short walking distance to Aalen Hbf train station and to downtown Aalen. The town of Aalen is small and has little to offer but there are historic towns nearby such as historic town of Nördingen (~ 40 min by train) and Nuremberg (~ 1.5 hrs by train). The hotel is clean and accessible. It offers few amenities but very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. You may not find your way to Aalen often, but if you do, keep Maxx Hotel in your list.

Hot is new and the rooms are quite big. The breakfast was good and there is a lot of choice. They are parking lot on the backside So it’s convenient to come by car. Has the Hotel is situated in a dead end road. There’s no any Noises coming from the street

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights while attending a conference in Aalen. Very convenient location, next to the train station and minutes from the city center. Modern hotel with clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff was also very friendly & helpful!

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, great quality, clean rooms, perfect breakfast. The hotel is beside the railway station but you cannot hear it or feel it. Breakfast was very rich and the coffee just perfect. At the reception and in the restaurant they were helpful and kind.

I traveled to Germany as a foreigner, I made a mistake that smoking in the room due to not I was nit familiar with German law. But you charge me 500 Euro as room cleaning fee, your reception just told me I will be charged but without any detail introduction of the charge value and refer to which law or term, I don’t know where this number of charge comes from and based on which law!

As a hotel, we aim to create an environment that feels comfortable and safe for all of our guests. To achieve this, we enforce certain policies, one of which includes a fee for smoking in non-smoking rooms. The 500 € charge is because Smooking in the Rooms requires special cleaning and do to the fact that we have to Block the Room that has been Smoked in, as the Smell still lingers and this might be unpleasant for the next Guest staying in the same Room. It appears there might have been a miscommunication about the charges incurred due to the violation of this policy. We understand that you might have been unaware of our policy as you are not familiar with local regulations, and we regret any inconvenience caused. For future stays, we would like to bring to your attention that all relevant policies are available on our website. New hotel, good design, spacious rooms and restrooms. Very nice rooms - clean, neat. Very nice team at the reception desk. Small desk if you need to work in the room, comfortable mattress. I definitely recommend it not only for a business trip.

Very clean, excellent attentive staff, excellent choices for breakfast. close to the train and bus stations. The food was good value. For a business stay it is ideal. Best hotel in the area. The best staff and as a non-German native speaker they were very helpful

Great service, nice team at the reception desk, good breakfast, absolutely comfortable mattress and adorably smelling hand soap. I definitely recommend it not only for a business trip. If I can add a noncommittal request, it would be to have a little bit broader option of fruit salad. This time it was of course in menu but limited to apples and pineapples only. As mentioned, however, this is just a noncommittal ;)

New hotel, good design, spacious rooms and restrooms. The personnel was extremely kind and efficient. Both in the reception and in the restaurant. Very clean. Good breakfast options. The only issue was the restaurant menu. The mediterranean style char fish -Sibling- dish was: -Too greasy. Mediterranean doesn't mean swimming in oil. -Too little. Three small pieces of fish sitting over the vegetables and scarce patatoes -matches-, just for decor. Next time I will chose something else in the restaurant, something more local, like the chesnuts or in the bar, where they had some interesting food selection.
