We booked this hotel with the option to cancel for free till the day of our arrival 18:00. The day before we realized we had to change plans and thus cancelled our booking within the time frame to do so free of charge. But apparently this hotel doesn't follow it's own rules and conditions as they still charged my VISA card for the full amount, as if we never cancelled. Any attempts to contact them are met with no response. Do not book here! They are frauds and thieves.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen. Es war überall sehr sauber und wurde wohl teilweise renoviert. Leider haben wir das bestellte und bezahlte Comfort Doppelzimmer nicht erhalten und es war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort um dies zu klären. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem, so dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Es gibt überhaupt keine Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien (außer das Restaurant). Leider wurde das Frühstücksbuffet nicht aufgefüllt. Vier Sterne sind für dieses Hotel unseres Erachtens nicht gerechtfertigt.

Erster Eindruck: viele Parkplätze für E-Autos, großes neueres Haus mit Biergarten und älteres Stammhaus oben an der Straße, dort war mein Zimmer. War ok, aber leider nicht sehr sauber! Außerdem hat das Klimagerät, obwohl ausgeschaltet, immer wieder seltsame Töne von sich gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war naja, kein dunkles oder Vollkornbrot, nur eine Sorte Käse,.. und leider hat mich auch das Mittagessen enttäuscht. Das Personal war freundlich.

Ich war angenehm überrascht! Die Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich und der Check-in ging zügig! Das Zimmer war sehr groß, mit einem riesigen Bett, einem großen Schreibtisch, großer Flatscreen und einem großen Bad. Der Balkon mit kleinem Tisch und 2 Stühlen war auch angenehm! Der Tresor, ein Wasserkocher und ein Telefon rundeten die Sache ab! Einziges Manko war die zu weiche Matratze! Alles in Allem: top!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Das Zimmer selber war Rollstuhlgerecht , aber leider sehr weit weg vom Behindertenparkplatz, der auch immer zugeparkt war. Für den Rollstuhl sehr unpassend. Das Restaurant könnte besser organisiert sein, aber war trotzdem lecker . Haben auch lange aufs Essen gewartet.

Super kleines Einzelzimmer, in dem man kaum umfallen kann, Klimaanlage fing mitten in der Nacht laut an zu brummen, das Mobiliar war total runtergewohnt, Schimmel im Bad und übler Gestank aus dem Abfluss. Für ein klassisches Business Hotel eine echte Zumutung. Das ungemütliche Ambiente im Motel-Stil tat sein Übriges. Ich kann nicht verstehen, wie eine Kette wie Best Western so einen „Standard“ durchgehen lässt. In dem Fall eher Worst Western. Was sehr positiv bewertet werden kann, ist das extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das gemütliche Bett und die vielen Parkplätze. Disclaimer: Ich war im älteren Haupthaus untergebracht. Das moderner aussehende Nebenhaus kann ich daher nicht bewerten.

Es ist ein nettes Business Hotel Leider war die Auswahl beim Frühstück auf Kochschinken und eine Sorte Käse beschränkt. Die Auswahl des Tee könnte auch etwas üppiger sein. Leider war das WLAN in mein Zimmer sehr langsam. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt.

Leuk hotel in Romeins thema. Dit is mooi doorgetrokken in de lobby, kamers en restaurant. Fijn is ook dat er gratis appels op de gang beschikbaar zijn. Ontbijt kan nog iets beter, maar voldoet zeker. Aan te raden!
