soft bed on soft base - I will need 10 hours of physio to fix the damage. hotter than hell and can't open the window because the room is so small the curtains prevent you from opening it bathroom so small and shower even smaller that you need to lather up before you get in the shower. no food or drink service. no breakfast. nothing. no coffee.. absolutely nothing. bottle of water in the room but so hot because of the room temperature that it's undrinkable. but not quite hot enough to make tea no kettle in the room no bar fridge micro-stool at desk - impossible to work. room not serviced. bed unmade. checked in at 2pm but room not ready. needed to pull mattress onto the floor to attempt sleep. if you're considering coming to Germany to stay in this travesty then rather keep your money and go on holiday nearer to home. an absolute disaster of a place. also lift doesn't work at the best of times. stay away... you'd get more pleasure from taking the cash you'd spend and burning it to stay warm while you slept on the street.

Very basic rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were tiny. The beds were relatively comfortable but facilities were poor. The photos on the website were cleverly deceptive and did not give a true picture of the shabby reality. We booked a double room and were given a twin. On the road side the noise was too great to have the window open but with no air conditioning the rooms were unbearably stuffy. The garage was not suitable for anything other than a tiny car, but there was a carpark nearby. Not a very salubrious part of the town.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are fine for the price, but it's a shame that under the mattress there are 1 ton of dirt otherwise overall the toilets, shower rooms are clean for the price, it would be better to vacuum under the mattress change cleaning ladies there are some who are serious

_ Mold in the bathroom! _ No breakfast although normally it is advertised and free! _ Room on the 4th floor without elevator! _ Dirty room _ Impossible to plug in the TV, the cord is too far from the socket (it's not a joke) plus part of the cabinet is in front of the screen (it's still not a joke). _ No parking even though it is announced on the site. _ Foul smell in the hallway. Frankly, I have never seen such a dirty hotel, to absolutely avoid

We stopped by in the evening and picked up the key from the mailbox ourselves. The room is small, but everything you needed was there. Small toilet room with shower. Toiletries were available. When checking out, the keys were given to the reception.
