Staying at POHA House Büchel was an amazing experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel at home right away. I loved the community vibe here—there are plenty of common areas to relax or work, and the rooftop terrace is a great spot to unwind. The location couldn't be better, with everything in Aachen just a short walk away. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. I also attended a fun manicure event hosted by a resident, which added a special touch to my stay. Highly recommend POHA House for a vibrant and welcoming place to stay!

My boyfriend and me stayed there for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. We had a kitchen with everything we needed, the location was super good (very close to the cathedral and a lot of restaurants and shops close by) and very clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed our time there.

It was a busniess trip for a week, it was amazing. It is self check in and it was smooth because i returned after work at 22:00 and they had a full functional and equipped kitchen so I could buy groceries and make my own food. The bed was super comfortable and the wifi was also really good.

I have been in Aachen a lot for work in the last few months and have always stayed at the POHA House Büschel. Despite the central location, it is surprisingly quiet depending on the direction of the room. The beds and mattresses are excellent, so I slept very well. I really liked the small kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, so I could cater for myself and didn't have to go out to eat every evening. The small capsule coffee machine is also nice, so you can make yourself a coffee in the morning. The roof terrace and the small courtyard are also charming, so you can spend time outside in your free time. The first time I had a bit of trouble opening the entrance door. But the friendly kiosk owner across the street helped me quickly. I would love to come back and have already booked my next stay.

I've been commuting from Düsseldorf to Aachen since the beginning of this year and POHA House has now become my second home. The house is very centrally located, the rooms are very comfortable and modern and I've never slept so well in a hotel bed before. But what I like best is that I also have a small kitchenette here so I can prepare something to eat myself. I can highly recommend it!

DO NOT BOOK!! NO PIN CODE, NO MONEY BACK!! Totally unfriendly, unhelpful support. I had booked an apartment for 2 days online. After the check-in date (3:10 p.m.) I found myself standing in front of the boarding house without a PIN or any information. The support hotline can only be reached on weekdays. The emergency number couldn't help me either as they only had a key service. Now I was standing there with a full suitcase. I had no choice but to book another hotel nearby immediately. After speaking to support on a weekday, I was promised a refund. After several back and forths, it was now my fault that I never received anything, neither spam nor in the normal folder. The money is gone for now, a case for the lawyer. I can't recommend it to anyone! I've never experienced such abysmal support before.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral. Fußläufig ist von hier aus alles machbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über eine kleine Küchenzeile. Das Doppelbett ist leider sehr schmal und für zwei erwachsene Personen fast schon zu klein. Kein Fernseher vorhanden. Check- In und Check-Out sehr einfach. Parken nur in den umliegenden Parkhäusern möglich. Für einen Kurztrip mit wenig Zeit auf den Zimmer aufgrund der zentralen Lage empfehlenswert.

Alles TOP! Super moderne und neue Ausstattung. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Besonders hat mir die zentrale Lage gefallen - direkt in der Innenstadt. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Check-in und check-out verliefen super unkompliziert.
