Reservamos seis habitaciones para seis parejas, era condición indispensable que fueran todas de similar categoría, nos dijeron que sin problema ya que disponían de siete habitaciones, cuando llegamos allí, resulta que dos ya las tenían ocupadas, a nosotros nos facilitaron las otras cinco y para completar,otra que tienen para personas de movilidad reducida y que no tiene nada que ver con las otras, se le hizo la reclamación a Ana e hizo caso omiso alegando que todas tienen el mismo precio y que si no me gusta es problema mio, que la habitación es confortable. Desconoce está señora que yo soy el cliente y el que va a su establecimiento llamado por unos servicios de calidad y pago por los mismos, no voy a disfrutar un fin de semana a una casa rural de "prestigio" y me encuentro con una habitación de pensión de carretera. Experiencia desastrosa y cuando le pedí la hoja de reclamaciones aún se reía de mi, en fin una auténtica pena. Ojo las toallas tienen moho.

No geral é um bom local, rodeado de muita natureza e tranquilidade, no entanto há certas coisas que deveriam ser modificadas para uma melhor experiência, por exemplo a toalhas tinham muitas nódoas e o primeiro dia tinha aranhas mortas numa delas, igualmente cabelos na casa de banho, teias de aranha e pó na borda da cama, as janelas também deveriam ser limpas… isolamento é terrível, ouve se tudo do vizinho do lado,quando foram fazer a limpeza ao quarto deixaram a porta por duas vezes aberta por completo ao risco de alguém entrar e tirar as nossas pertences, chegamos muito tarde à noite os dois dias e não foi retificado, tirando isso é uma boa estância, os funcionários são simpáticos, o Parking privado e a piscina é uma mais valia para quem quer descanso.
