Renaissance Xiamen Hotel was nothing short of bliss! Staff were polite and helpful, room was gorgeously luxurious with an unforgettable sea view from the balcony! It is worth mentioning the hot tub with a big window facing the sea, it was my favorite part of the room. It is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Xiamen. The hotel is clean and beautiful! There are two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor, gym, SPA and sauna. The territory of the hotel is pretty big, full of plants and flowers, plus there are many places where guests can have a rest by sitting in one of the gazebos with table and soft chairs. The buffet breakfast was okay, but in other hotels the variety of food was richer. I guess this is the only things I would improve in this hotel. The rest is all perfect!

It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. Will recommend it to any friends who are traveling to Xiamen - the hotel is A++

I returned to Xiamen with my family during the Easter holiday. My friend recommended this newly opened hotel. It was very satisfying. The first night I stayed at the front desk was very polite. I also upgraded the room. The concierge at the door also had a courtesy to help implement the courtesy. The manager on duty has already greeted at the door. It feels very warm, the room is very spacious, clean, well-equipped, but the TV volume has a little skill, (𣎴 TV off) is purely just that I am not used to the use of remote 🤣, the breakfast is quite rich, the variety is in the middle of the law, at least the restaurant is clean, The waiter was polite and I was very satisfied with 👍. Check out on the 6th was more pleasant. It turned out that a very beautiful lobby manager sent us a souvenir during the day and also very politely sent us to the car. Haha this hotel is really impressive! I will definitely stay again next time I come back 👍

At the reception area, the staff were extremely courteous and accommodating, and the other staff we encountered were always friendly as well. Our stay at this hotel was for just one night, as a layover and it had bad weather from the typhoon, but despite this, we had a wonderful and luxurious stay. We absolutely loved the room! The bathroom was my dream! The hotel boasts a stunning location, with amazing views. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, including a gorgeous outdoor pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Additionally, there is a shopping center located right outside the hotel, which features popular establishments such as Starbucks and KFC. The airport is approximately 20 minutes away and we paid 40 yuan via the Didi app. I also want to mention that we enjoyed the food at the hotel. We had an early dinner and breakfast, and it was fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

Very nice, quiet, clean, safe, new and reasonable facilities, laundry and drying at own expense. The disadvantage is that the room is small and there is nothing to eat for breakfast when there are few people. It is very close to the seaside, suitable for vacations, catching the sea, and hanging out on the seaside. It is far away from Xiamen University and the city's shopping malls. There is no perfect hotel at this price, it depends on which one you want more.
