Receptionist 003 at the front desk had a very good service attitude. He gave us free breakfast and upgraded the room type. Overall, highly recommended! It's worth staying. It's very convenient to go to Sea World nearby. The transportation is convenient and the location is good! There are a lot of delicious food around! It is highly recommended to stay!

Service was very good but unfortunately the room space/configuration and cleanliness was a bit disappointing. Checked-in late in the evening but my room just got cleaned-up and my room door was grand opened when I arrived in the floor and the room totally wet as just washed with large amount of water… not a single dry spot in the rim to drop my luggage and actually walking-in in such condition made the room very dirty. Also the room is extremely small with almost no space to open luggage and very tight space between the bed and the walls. Also the room didn’t have a single table expect the amenity table which already packed with boiler cups and other thing so no space to put any thing else and no chair or desk to sit and work inside the room

Here again for a 2-Day Professional Development for school, local #StayCation. Can’t go wrong with Hilton. Just grabbed the twin double on special with the spa coupon and cocktails. No time for the spa, but enjoyed the Eden views. They will adjust the cocktail compensation post-check-out. Lovely wedding prep to watch! Beautiful sunset. SWCAC a 3-minute seaside walk :-)

Had a good stay in this hotel. Especially Ken made sure everything was alright. Quick check in… clean room, nice design and very modern. Location was also very close to the center. Will come back.

The Location is very close to MRT station. There are many small restaurants around. We stayed in this hotel for a week totally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Shenzhen.

The Crystal Garden was amazing. Very cute, rustic, and quiet. The room was cute and smelled good. The shower could use a scrub but the rest of the bathroom and room were very clean. Bed was super comfortable and linens and towels were fresh every day. Food is great, highly recommend the breakfasts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped me to get the tv working through texting on WeChat. Great location, just a short walk to the water, beautiful lookout and “sea world” with lots of restaurants. Such a great place.

Love the location and convenience of having a bath and shower combo in the room. The beds are super comfortable and the check in process is hassle free. I love the fact rooms have a coffee machine included and a mini bar fridge. Love staying here. Will be back again soon.
