Hotels in Shenzhen North Railway Station, Shenzhen

Hotel is stone's throw away from Shenzhen North Railway Station – which gets you direct access to Hong Kong (just 18min by highspeed rail!), as well as their regular metro trains which takes you to most of the popular areas. Wechat and Alipay are the preferred methods of payment, although cash is also accepted! I've stayed here twice in 2 months and the rooms are clean.. the kettle in the room is clean... you get hot water the minute you turn on the shower! And the bonus part – free laundramat on the 4th floor! (Automated washing machine + dryer). Oh, and you get a wide variety of food choices at the breakfast buffet!

It was a good hotel in a great location so I could grab my train as soon as possible, one problem is that there are so many other things I or who smoke and do not care about the fact that you’re in a no smoking room, it’s not a no smoking room if you can smell smoke outside!, complained and it was solved quickly but still almost ruined my trip. I recommend they reserve certain spaces for non smoking rooms and others for smokers so it doesn’t cause issues like this. 这是一家不错的酒店，地理位置优越，所以我可以尽快赶上我的火车，一个问题是我或吸烟的人还有很多其他的东西，不在乎你在一个禁烟房间里，如果你能闻到外面的烟味，这不是一个禁烟的房间！ 抱怨，很快就解决了，但仍然几乎毁了我的旅行。

I found this place to be located in the best area as it was just 500 m away from Shenzhen North Railway station. It very convenient and easy to find. I was given a clean, neat and tidy apartment. It feel cozy and comfortable being indoors, had a home feeling too. The bedroom was spacious with many storage units and hangers. This is a place i will come back to whenever I go to Shenzhen 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👌🏾. A beautiful view from the bedroom especially at night. NB Pictures were taken after the stay 🙈👏🏽

I like to stay at this hotel because of the good location and nice rooms. I was a little disappointed this time as the room was small and did not smell good. Reception staff were not helpful and friendly. Good location though. The lift can be slow at times.

The hotel kindly gave me a free upgrade when I checked in. Communication is very easy because reception adds you on WeChat and all communication is then easily done through this. Daily messages regarding cleaning needs or other requests are received and sent this way. The hotel also helped me with printing at no additional cost and was available at any time to answer questions or help. The only issue with this hotel is the noise from the street, as rooms are on the 4th floor, the constant beeping of car horns and people shouting can be heard late into the night and early hours of the morning. To be fair, this seems to be a regular thing in Shenzhen, with car drivers frequently hooting but considering the proximity to the street, it is much more annoying and unavoidable. Although the railway station is close, it is obviously always busy and crowded with line 4 in particular quite a nightmare at time. It takes more than an hour to get to Sea World, other attractions or parts of downtown. If you are in no rush to get anywhere, it’s okay. The room itself is massive and all amenities are great! Water in the shower is always at good temperature and pressure. Hot water temp. remains constant. Cleaning is done well and sheets changed on request whenever needed. The drawback of the kitchen is that no cooking utensils are provided so expect to purchase your own and leave them there or transport them with you. However, the kitchen conveniently comes with dish dryer (not washer). Impressively, are the washing and dryer combo which is of high quality, silent and works well. The sealed outdoor balcony is great for drying clothes and gets a good amount of sun. Foreigners should, importantly note, that this hotel does not do the police temporary residence registration so you will have to go yourself as soon as possible to do this. The hotel will provide you with a printout of their check-in system to help you and though the office to register is not far it can be a little difficult to explain the situation to the officers. Suggest you attend to this immediately as you will receive a call from the police although the officer I had spoken to was very helpful! Perhaps the hotel can look into doing the hotel registration in future to assist foreigners. Since it all done online, it is much easier. Wi-Fi works well and TV in the lounge allows for mirroring. There are many plug points clearly marked for non-removal for housekeeping. Bing Space Plaza is conveniently around the corner with restaurants, many shopping outlets especially warehouse outlets for discounted brand shopping. Bigger malls are with 1.5-2km walking distance from the hotel. Other than that, I was very comfortable and well taken care of at the hotel. Any issues are immediately taken care of (for example, some of the the kitchen and bedroom lights were not working but immediately fixed when reported). I would stay here again if I needed to be close to the railway station or that part of Shenzhen. It was worth the cost and I spent a very comfortable month there. To find this hotel, exit the East gate of Shenzhen North rail station. The hotel is just a short walk, maybe 100 yards at most, keeping to the left until you see a set of steps leading to an none descript entrance door of this super tall building. The entrance does not say Pullman, but there is a large sign in Chinese that does say Pullman before the steps. Once inside, there are signs posted in English directing you to the elevators which take you to the lobby on the 46 floor. Breakfast is ok, a bit of western (waffle/pancake/eggs, sausage,/ cerial), but mostly traditional chinese fair. View is spectacular. Room service easy with Q scan, portions are small and price is high. Service attentive and English no issue.

We loved this hotel Hua Yi for their services were excellent, location is very good, facilities excellent especially the laundry services that bring up to your doorstep 👍👍👍 and very friendly, kind and high quality of hospitality services from front desk to chamber staffs especially Ms Xiao Nan from front desk show us the most outstanding service and needs that we need, advises us on how to travel around in Shenzhen, places of interest and their Metro subway train, brought us all the way to boarding of our taxi after we check out from the hotel. Definitely we will highly recommend and share all these goodness with our relatives and friends if they come to Shenzhen for visits and holidays. Thank you Hua Yi Hotel 👏👏👏👍👍👍😘😘😘

Comfy room, but the AC has minor issue. The line-up for the laundry machine is a little long and the access to the machines is cumbersome. Good service. Peter, Vera are really helpful.

I was upgraded to a penthouse suite which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is older so it seemed a bit run down but it was not disgusting by any means, just old and a bit outdated. The location is not as close to the train station as I had thought but it was still fine. It takes about 10-12 minutes in a taxi to get the the train station.

I was very satisfied with the room in the room I booked. It has a large space and the new environment of the hotel makes me feel more comfortable. It is also the Japanese simple decoration that I like👍 The price is also reasonable, and you can reach Shenzhen North Railway Station in 8 minutes by walking straight👍 Ctrip gave me free breakfast for two people, but since there were three people staying, the lady also gave me an extra breakfast👍The taste and style are also good👌
