I used this hotel during a visit to Lipetsk for a tour and spent two nights in it. It is in the center of the city on the high bank of the Voronezh River. Therefore, from the sixth floor where my room was, a magnificent view of the upper and lower parks with the silhouettes of the Novolipetsky metallurgical plant on the horizon. The hotel will be remembered, first of all, this kind. The hotel and the room are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are varied. There are several restaurants and cafes in the same building. Staff are serving and welcoming. In general, I stayed happy and didn't regret having chosen this hotel.

Начну с того, что гостиница, которая себя позиционирует, как 4-х звездочная, таковой не является, звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего, слышно не только, что происходит в коридоре, но и так же насколько сильно храпит или разговаривает по телефону сосед через стену. Номер выгляди так, как будто он строился по образу и подобию номеров из советских гостиниц (последний раз я такой номер встречал в гостинице ”Аша” одноименного города, но он и по цене и по статусу не претендовал даже на 3 звезды), за неделю проживания постельное белье не поменяли ни разу. В номере реально темно, общее освещение отсутствует, из светового оборудования только две БРА над кроватью, светильник на столе и БРА на входе, которую заслоняет гардероб. Отдельно хотелось бы сказать про ”Фитнес-зал”, его нет. Фитнес-залом они называют комнату 3х4 с 3-мя разбитыми тренажерами к которым страшно прикасаться, от беговой дорожки отломана опорная рукоятка и бъет током, ни на одном тренажере не работает табло, на скамье для пресса сломаны все регулировки. Завтраки ниже среднего, но перекусить на скорую руку вполне подойдет, разнообразие отсутствует, если вы живете там больше 2-х дней, то это очень напрягает. Из минусов могу отметить, только старая посуда, до нельзя уже исцарапанная и со сколами, а так же, отсутствия выбора по прохладительным напиткам. По итогу скажу если вам нужен номер в 4х звездочном отеле, то это не ваш вариант, а если рассматривать место просто для переночевать по цене 4х звезд, не ожидая какого-то суперского сервиса и удобств, то Laguna подойдет, но опять же в этом случае цена будет слишком завышена.
