Fairly basic ‘hostel’ twin room …. With en-suite toilet - showers and sauna along the corridor. Very comfy beds, easy to control heating and ventilation, good storage space. Excellent breakfast included. Access to kitchenette(s) with fridge space etc and comfy seating area. Excellent and reasonable restaurant in main building (see separate review). Hostel at the ‘top’ of the ‘old centre’ with access to walking/skiing trails etc.

The overall feeling is very good. The cabin is in the form of a room and a cabin and the car can be driven to the door of the cabin. It is very convenient to take luggage and everything. The room is not very warm in the cabin and found that half of a radiator does not seem to be hot, so call the front desk Send someone to the front desk immediately I thought it was normal when I came, and I was afraid that we felt cold. In addition, I gave a heating service. The attitude is also very good. Lunch and dinner in the hotel are also delicious. The price is also OK and the hotel can order various items. The service attitude of the sled is very good Let’s talk about breakfast. Breakfast is included in the room rate. It’s very good. There are a lot of things and they are all delicious. Anyway, it feels good.

What a great hotel! As I was staying there, I'd write to friends and family and tell them that if they ever come by Kiruna they have to stay here. Sent my sister a video of the massive gym, she loves working out and is very picky and was amazed by all the machines and weights that were in the gym! The gym also has saunas, I noticed. I definitely fell in love with this place and want to go back ASAP. Me and my friends several times said that we just wanted to live there. We felt like we lived in the billiard room and we were so surprised it wasn't constantly booked up! There's a speaker you can hook up to there and play your own music as you're singing and dancing and playing pool. After that we would go to the sauna and swimming pool which was amazing, to unwind after a long day and then sleep well. It would be great if the swimming pool was open 24/7 but I understand that's not possible, but it would have been nice to be able to go swimming, sauna, shower and then go have breakfast. Or go swimming later than 22. Nonetheless, loved it. It's so nice to be able to swim under the bridge and friends who didn't like swimming could stay on top of the bridge and still partake and didn't have to get wet. I saw that there was a pool outside as well but I suppose that one is used during the summers? The breakfast was delicious and they had so many great options and also vegan options which was lovely. The vegan pizza in the Pub Eden was also great, best pizza I've had. Would be nice if they could have a vegan garlic sauce or something like that on the side. But otherwise, juuust great. The staff was super lovely, the people in the reception, pub, breakfast staff also. Super sweet place. I definitely miss it now haha.

Breakfast was average and no dedicated staff. The road was closed in heavy snow, and it was inconvenient to take the bus with luggage. The worst thing was that I could not get to the airport. However, the snow scene is good, and the one who has not experienced snow feels good.

We had the warmest of welcomes and great hospitality at this modest unpretentious hotel, just when we needed it most - after a terrifying drive through a blizzard down the E10. Even though we were just staying in their car park in our mobile home, the hospitality was generous and beyond anything we expected. Thanks so much!
