Hotels in Wulin Square Area, Hangzhou

The hotel is very close to the subway station. The rooms are neat and clean. It's just that ”there is gold and jade on the outside, but ruins and lint on the inside.” The front desk knew that there was no air conditioning that night and did not tell me before I checked in. The room temperature was over 28 degrees all night, which made me unable to sleep all night. I argued with their front desk, and he said it was impossible to check out, and he only gave me a fan to solve the problem. The fan still cannot rotate. ”Let me call the sky not to respond and the earth not to hear it.” In the end, I had to endure it silently, which hurt my body and mind. What surprised me the most was that Trip.com was not notified that there was a problem with the hotel's air conditioning and was unable to convey it to me. It's really puzzling. 

Arrived early on 19th for 3nights stay, fantastic service by receptionist 林/李小姐. 王先生 is exceptionally helpful with good advice and even showed me personally where I can hv a quick lunch. Room is clean and tastefully renovated. Spacious and I can open windows to ventilate which I love. Located at D3 exit, easy access to amenities and local restaurants. Short walk to West lake. Breakfast is good too! I enjoyed my stay

The hotel is located on the 19th floor. It’s quite close to the metro and there are cafes and small restaurants nearby. View was pleasant, it was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Quite spacious too. It was also nice and quiet, though not sure if this was just during a slow period. No free slippers and the toilet and shower setup is odd, there is only one door which you can swing to close either the toilet or shower, not both, which was a bit odd. And the walls to the toilet and shower do not reach all the way up to the ceiling, so…

The front desk check in was smooth and yes they speak English , the room service lady was very enthusiastic and generous, its next to the subway which is very convenient, the breakfast is both Chinese and western there are a lot of choices to have

This hotel is conveniently located. There are all kinds of stores and restaurants as soon as as you walk out of the hotel. Best of all its less than 10 minutes from West Lake. Breakfast is quite decent as well. Staff were all very friendly and full of smiles. What was impressive was that I watched a security guard help some hotel guests clean out what I suspect was some kind of spillage in the trunk of their car. Overall, very clean, great staff and amazing value. I only gave 3 stars for service instead of 5 because people claim to work for the hotel offered a ride service for 240-300 RMB to drive us around the lake and take us to the best tourist spots. Anywhere we wanted for 3-4 hours. Free to go as we please. So my wife agreed. The reality was that he took us to one tourist spot. The rest were junk shops to sell overpriced tea, silk and other things. After the silk store we told we wanted to go to a specific tourist location and he said they were fake or didn't exist anymore. When he realized we weren't interested in buying anything he found the first available spot and tossed us to the curb. He wasted our day which caused us to book an extra day to go back to all the spots we were supposed to see.

Hotel is clean and near to Westlake scenic spot. Upon arrival, we got complimentary drinks and snacks at the dining room which located next to hotel lobby. Hotel do provide washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is pretty good with many varieties and the dining area is pretty clean and cozy to kick start our day great. Toilet room and shower room are separately build, but both room shared the same door which mean that you can only close one room with door at one time. Overall it is a very nice hotel and definitely will going back!

I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered this hotel. The check-in was very considerate and a small travel guide map was provided. It is very convenient for friends who come to Hangzhou for the first time. The hotel is in a good location and the air conditioner in the room is easy to use. High praise! Highly recommended~😆👍🏻

A very very good hotel with affordable price and a very good environment,the overall quality of the hotel is excellent. Both very clean and futuristic,with ai robots and Smart Control. This hotel is so far my all best hotel!!!!!!!

Really good review! The guy at the front desk was very considerate. I changed hotel rooms many times, and the front desk was very patient and accompanied me to select a room. The room facilities were very complete, the WIFI was very fast, the shower water was big, and the hot water was very fast. The room is clean and tidy. When I go out, the cleaning lady comes to tidy the room. The speed and efficiency are very good! It will still be my first choice in the future

The front desk service staff小鲍 was very helpful! We checked in almost 11ish at night. He was patient and gave us additional amenities as housekeeping was already closed for the night. Breakfast spread is wide. There's a 'live' noodle station. Nothing like freshly cooked hot noodles with wanton. Good spread of greens fresh salad and fruits with other Chinese hot items. Convenient location. There's 1 nice restaurant just 1 min down the road that serves till late. Their 'dongpuo' braise pork roast is really good. Another seafood noodles & porridge restaurant next door is great too. On the same row is a Lawson supermarket. Very convenient. InTime shopping centre is within walking distance. Wulin Square is a little further down the road. So is the metro station.
