Hotels With Airport pickup service in Medenine, Tunisia

I work in the hotel industry myself and am therefore very interested in the development of various hotels. I first visited the Radisson Blu in Djerba in 2009 and was largely impressed, so much so that I've been coming back every few years since then for a week or two a year. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, has very attractive architecture and very friendly, long-standing employees. Unfortunately, everything has changed here since the change in management about 8 years ago and since then this hotel has reflected the decline of Tunisian tourism. The hotel is run by a shockingly incompetent general manager who only cares about clients' money and seems to have no idea about hospitality. You can feel that savings are being made in all areas of the hotel: mediocre food quality, pathetic all-in concept, lack of staff, lack of cleaning, lack of renovations, ... even the toilet paper is of poorest quality. What guests are offered here for their money is almost a scam. Today the Radisson Blu Djerba is largely populated by Eastern Bloc tourists and unpleasantly noisy Franco-Tunisians. Every year the garden, corridors, pool and restaurants look more unkempt and dingy. Wifi is worryingly slow and absolutely unusable for business applications. Although the rooms were renovated a few years ago (in an aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately very sloppy manner), they are already dirty and smelly again, although the carpets will probably soon run away of their own accord, as vacuum cleaners are not known in this hotel. Resignation is increasingly noticeable among the very friendly employees; they feel exploited and badly treated and long for a change in management. You can't help but ask yourself why the responsible people at Radisson Group don't intervene so that this originally good hotel may flourish again.

Super animators and animators! A friendly and festive atmosphere as well. A hotel that meets our expectations and is very well maintained. Small and large will find their happiness and rest as well. We strongly recommend! Live your holidays at Fiesta Beach Club

For our first visit to Djerba, we chose the Seabel Rym beach hotel based on recommendations on Tripadvisor. We can only recommend this hotel, the sea is beautiful, the beach is well maintained, seaweed washes up almost every day, which is something to be reckoned with anywhere on Djerba, but the hotel solves it as far as possible by cleaning. The food is varied, the advantage is that it is also possible to eat on the beach, by the pools or in the air-conditioned hall. The evening programs were incomparably the best we've ever experienced, this is how I imagine fun on vacation, Emir is a perfect dancer :). The beach is very clean the water is unfortunately full of algae but typical of Tunisia .. And breakfast may be the only disappointment, but there is a variety of bakery but I have to say very nice to see but with little taste, on the salt and fruit to be laid, little choice. There is a package for excursions, of course, more expensive than the average but the service is excellent.. A ****** is a discotheque at night I haven't heard any trouble from them.. The restaurant lunch and dinner I have never tried so I can't speak I can only say that the swimming pool view is pleasant.. Entering the hall you can't not disapproval the magnificence of the project I just tell you that people outside just face themselves to take pictures, magnificent. The price is obviously very high for the area but I think it is all worth the only hotel that can compete with this is the Radisson blue but I think it wins only for the position ( as attached to the pink beach) For the rest, I think this is the best hotel

Notre séjour à l'hôtel a été véritablement exceptionnel, et cela est largement dû à l'accueil exceptionnel de la réceptionniste fatima. Son professionnalisme, sa courtoisie et son souci du détail ont vraiment marqué notre expérience. Elle a fait preuve d'une disponibilité constante, répondant à nos demandes avec efficacité et toujours avec le sourire. Sa gentillesse a ajouté une touche personnelle qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Un grand merci à elle et à tout le personnel pour cette expérience inoubliable.

Service client décevant J'ai récemment visité cet hôtel avec l'intention de faire un petit tour avant de réserver en ligne. Malheureusement, mon expérience avec le réceptionniste a été plutôt décevante. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un réceptionniste qui semblait désintéressé et peu accueillant. Lorsque j'ai demandé si je pouvais voir quelques chambres disponibles avant de faire ma réservation, il m'a répondu de manière brusque en affirmant que l'hôtel était complet, sans même vérifier sa disponibilité. Pourtant, j'avais vu en ligne que des chambres étaient toujours disponibles sur *******. En tant que client potentiel, j'ai été surpris par son manque de professionnalisme et son refus catégorique de me montrer les chambres. Je m'attendais à un accueil chaleureux et à un service courtois, mais malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas. Je comprends que les hôtels peuvent être occupés à certaines périodes, mais j'aurais apprécié une réponse plus polie et une explication claire sur la disponibilité réelle des chambres. J'ai finalement choisi de réserver dans un autre établissement voisin, où le personnel était beaucoup plus accueillant et serviable. En résumé, mon expérience avec le réceptionniste de cet hôtel a été décevante et peu professionnelle. J'espère que l'hôtel prendra en considération ces commentaires pour améliorer son service client, car cela peut grandement influencer la décision des clients potentiels.

We spent 10 days here and were absolutely awed by the direct access to the beach. Loved all the facilities provided, gym, pool, table tennis and all inclusive food and drinks. The best thing is that besides 3 meals a day guests can drink cocktails at the bar and have snacks throughout the day until 4am. I really loved the on premises, Medusa bar equipped with its own DJ thanks to whom the music and ambiance were great,we danced every night after dinner. There's also a Moorish cafe where clients can have tea and chicha, the setting is authentic with the server dressed as a genie, he serves the best mint tea in the hotel. I think this hotel has the best beach in Djerba as the others aren't direct or as clean. I felt really safe and happy in this hotel thanks to all the staff who took care of me, from the cleaning to the dinning staff, managers and Barmen and a special thanks to the DJ who played a bollywood song for me. A very friendly doctor was also available on site. We will definitely be coming back in future.

Overall good experience, initially we were surprised by the appearance of the room, it was different from the photo we saw in the Agency offer and the food served, but then we understood that it is basically one of the best accommodation units in the hotel, we had a suite with a sea view - I must say that we finally appreciated the view of the sea, the space of the accommodation unit and room style in European countries. The quality and variety of food also differs, but again it's a different culture and customs, you get used to it, if you choose a 4-star hotel or more, you should be satisfied and find food that you eat with relish. An entertainment was provided every day and during the day, in the evening there were short dance slots when animators invited guests to the dance floor. the only comment I would have is that sometimes they were a little intensive in persuasion, but otherwise satisfaction. Room cleaning-every day they tidied up nicely, made the bed, changed the towels and decorated the bed with the clothes we left on the beds. The cleaners were always smiling, helpful if you asked for new towels and always greeted us. The beach was nice, quiet and right behind the hotel. Only the sunbeds would need to be replaced, both by the sea and by the pool, they are worn out. I recommend a mat for those who don't like it. The male staff here are very attentive, helpful and smiling towards the women, but if you don't want too much attention, I recommend smiling at them sparingly and not flirting. Anyway, women have friendly attention, especially if they are unaccompanied. As for the guests, the hotel accommodated mainly French clientele, about 80%, so if you don't want to be in the company of Czechs, this is a good choice. Also, I recommend not to forget to get ready to give tips. The staff appreciate it and they deserve it.

I was at the hotel with my daughter at the end of May. We were extremely satisfied. Beautiful surroundings, good food and friendly staff. Beautiful pool and nice staff and animators. I have to praise the bartender Achref, he was always smiling, helpful and pleasant. He always did his best for the guests. And the animators were the best I've ever experienced. I recommend the Palm Azur hotel to everyone. we will fly again next year.

Royal Garden Palace is a great choice for anyone seeking the calm , the rest , delicious food and professional services..This hotel still keeps the ethics of tourism services and ensures to provide the right role in an excellent manner to achieve the target and match clients expectations. The reception team is helpful, smiling and effective in clients needs. This team is managed / well trained by MR Faysal which is always available to make sure the process is respected and smoothly implemented. Anis , Bechir , Sihem : Bravo 👏. Restaurant services are Excellent 👌 under the supervision of MR Badii , An example of discipline, punctuality and perseverance. Clean hotel , Fresh and much variety meals , well maintained, remarkable Garden , huge to walk, practice sport and to feel comfortable during stay. Perfect hotel to go with friends and the animation team makes the most of it. Lot’s of different activities, always trying to make everybody participate but without being intrusive. They make people feel good in the hotel and there is space for all tastes. I really recommend if you come with family, kids, boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband and with friends. If I ever come back to Djerba for sure I’ll come to Iberostar Mehari. Really loved it! Keep going guys 🫶🏼
