Hotel is stunning. Amazing attention to detail with the decor. They have managed to balance a modern feel whilst keeping a lot of the original features. 10 minute walk to town. 5 minute walk to tram. We got a tram to Stogi beach which took around 10 mins, great little beach with a couple of places to eat. We took Ubers to Sopot costing around £12 each way for around 1/2 hour journey. Sopot was beautiful, with great restaurants , cafes and bars. Hotel breakfast was good, staff friendly, hotel spotless. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated. The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade. We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.

My two daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Grand in Sopot. Our room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful. Lastly, the service was outstanding. It is located at the airport, just in front of the arrival and departure hall. I stayed one night only, in order to make my early departure more comfortable. The hotel is fairly new and its quality meets the Hampton hotel standards. I would like to underline some positive points. First of all, the state of maintenance is perfect and the cleaning is just as perfect, two things that are often not to be taken for granted in airport hotels, which are subject to an intense turnover of guests who spend only one night there. Secondly, although the rooms are not very large, a very rational design optimizes the space available, so that everything you need is there and, at the same time, there is ample space to move: it is therefore possible to define the comfort of the room as very high, like in a more luxuriant hotel. Thirdly, the staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and even smile at you, things that are not so common neither in airport hotels nor in this part of Poland; this greatly improves the quality of the stay. All these positive features convinced me to give this hotel the very high rating of 5. I come now to the details. The room equipment is very complete, including ironing facilities, coffee-making facilities, the safe and, in the bathroom, even an electric dryer for laundry. Coffee, tea and drinking water are provided. All bathroom products are abundantly available. The beds are large and comfortable, there is a large work-table and relaxation is guaranteed by a comfortable armchair with footrest. The lighting is very abundant (unlike many of the latest generation hotels, where the lighting is poor and insufficient), and the air conditioning works perfectly (another very positive fact in an age where air conditioning is often rationed for economic reasons). Like in all Hampton hotels, the buffet breakfast is included in the room rate: it is reasonably good and abundant . There is a business centre in front of the reception, with a very large table for meetings, one computer and good connection to Internet. Connections to Gdansk and other nearby cities are easy and practical. From/to the center of Gdansk you can take bus no. 210, which passes right in front of the airport and ends the ride at the Central Railway Station (“Dworzec Głowny”). The ticket costs 3.80 Zloty (equivalent to approximately € 0.80 in April 2022) and can be purchased at the vending machine located on the bus platform. The bus runs twice an hour on weekdays and once an hour at the weekend; travel time is about 40 minutes. For Sopot, Oliwa or Gdynia you can take the train, which leaves the airport every 15 minutes; however, a train change in Gdansk is required. If you are coming from abroad and need to change money, you will find an exchange office in the arrivals hall, but the rates are not very favourable (on the day of my arrival the purchase rate of the Euro was 20% lower than the exchange parity ).

Stayed here a couple of times recently and it has some really good things going for it but also some things to be aware of. Great location 10/15 mins walk from two different railway stations and within 5 mins walk of a number 9 tram stop, so many options to get from the airport to the hotel across bus , train and tram. I used a combo of number 110 bus then changed to tram The hotel itself is very modern and has two separate buildings. One has reception and restaurant / bar and the other is just rooms and a roof top sky bar which gives good views and something different if it’s a nice night Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, great beds and potential for a good nights sleep, big tv but only two English channels which both only show rolling news. Usb and euro plug points by bed, small fridge, big bathroom with a walk in shower was very nice. I only had breakfast which was a great selection and very tasty and I’d recommend. Now the bad bits, on my most recent stay I was in the second building on 3rd floor and was kept awake till 4am by a private party in the rooftop skybar, if it was keeping me awake I wonder how bad it was for people on floors 4, 5 and 6. Going by the volume it must have been nightclub volume in the actual bar but my main issue with it is that the reception staff and manager could not have cared less about the impact on residents which was very disappointing, clearly they value the revenue from private more than the revenue from residents. So I would really recommend people check there is not a private function on in this hotel before booking. As a diamond member I’d have expected to be housed in the main building aware from this noise and to have the staff actually be bothered I sent an email in with feedback that has been totally ignored as well as a shrug of shoulders from reception staff My message to hotel is do not take residents for granted as they simply won’t return after a bad experience like this I am also still having to chase IHG reward points from over one month ago which simply isn’t acceptable. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issues

The hotel is located right opposite to the Gdansk Main Station, so it is convenient for those who need to catch a train. The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast offers a limited variety of food and drinks. The single bed and pillow are quite small. There is also no free dental kits provided, and those who forgot to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste would have to pay for that at the hotel's store. There is a gym in the hotel but cannot be accessed with your own room card and requires customers to obtain another access card from the front desk, which is a rather abnormal arrangement. The hotel is around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Old Town.

Good and bad. Nice staff. I liked the filtered water on each floor. Nice view on park side. One block to restaurant with Polish food (Swojski Smak), shopping mall, groceries, etc. 15 minutes walk to train station, old town, WW II museum, Solidarity museum (different directions). Mechanical problems in rooms--a/c not working; refrigerator not working. Design--tub/shower--plexiglass wall not long enough or tight enough so shower water splashes out of tub and under the glass, flooding the floor. Showerhead too low for anyone 5'10”+. Extra toilet paper stored below hand soap dispenser. No towel rods, only hooks. Glass between bath and bedroom lets light into room. Corner chairs seating about 12” high. Foam bed mattress seemed to have dip.

My stag group & I were shocked at how amazing this place was! The rooms are huge & no expense was spared when this was built. The food hall downstairs was top notch, meals were around £8 and were all delicious, with a massive bar. You could have a night just down in the food hall if you wanted, people come from all over town to this place, not too busy though too. You need a room card to use the lifts to get up to the rooms. It’s silent above the food hall. The fact it’s an old WW2 U boat factory & they’ve kept the history of it really made it for us. Plenty of shops just outside too. Location was perfect, 25 mins from the airport, using Uber & about £10, and around 10-15 walk to the centre of town. Actually one of the best places I’ve stayed in, 100% will be going back!

My friends and I stayed in a private room for four (two bunk beds) and shared bathroom for us and other private room. The space, although small, was nice and clean. Bedsheets were freshly washed as well as the towels - the only inconvenience I’d give the room is that we were unable to open the window. For a three-night stay it was very cheap, and fully complied with what we expected.

As a Hilton Diamond I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's (as well as other Hilton's) and honestly I usually avoid them. With that said, the location of this hotel, the reviews and even the cost made it very attractive. On arrival which was MANY hours before check in. I had yet to mention my name or anything, I just asked if it was possible to check in early (even if in a few hours) and was accommodated without any issue. Ironically the person never even realized I was Diamond, never gave me snacks and all that stuff but I didn't care since I had a room MANY hours before the norm after an 8hr night train; I did receive the 'Diamond' stuff later and the person at reception apologized for not realizing it earlier or recognizing my status. Although I'd have preferred facing the front, it was a courtyard, very quiet, big room with a separate little desk area, large bed and little couch/chair. The room was very clean, the general service was great at the desk as well as in the restaurant. I am not much of a breakfast person (coffee YES!!) but the breakfast was plentiful with everything from meats, cheese, fish, hot buffet, waffles, cereal etc etc. One of the days I ate a little something and the food was fresh, hot and good. Location wise this hotel can't be beat, you are a 5 min walk to/from the waterfront, 5 min walk to the golden gate and I walked to/from the central station in 10-15 mins. Walking out the front there is a small parking lot and out the back there is a good little whisky place and a street of restaurants. 100% recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Location was excellent. Safety excellent. Clean and well equipped. Microwave kettle and fridge all working with plates and cutlery for perusal. Unfortunately there is a nightclub or a pub near by. Tge music starts around 10.30pm and goes on until the 2/3am. I got no sleep. There is double glazing but this makes very little difference. Maybe if you're room was at the back it would be better.

I have been looking for the perfect place for my birthday trip for a long time. The choice fell to the Rezydent Hotel. Unfortunately, instead of a great stay, I was disappointed. The advantages of the hotel are the location and nice interior, but unfortunately, it ends there. It is unacceptable that in a supposedly 5* hotel, the reception staff does not greet guests and is so indifferent, apart from Mr Marek, who was the only one who showed exceptional kindness and help, which surprised us pleasantly. - Air conditioning in the room didn't work. - The refrigerator was not cooling properly. - The bedding that was changed on the second day of stay was torn. - The tap by the sink was so short that you could hardly wash your hands by tapping your hands against the sink. - The carpet was dirty. Interestingly, in May, someone wrote a review reporting that room 304 had a dirty carpet. The hotel responded to it, but still, it wasn't cleaned for 3 months! We have been waiting for this trip for a long time, we are sorry, and we are disappointed with the stay. In a hotel of this class, such situations should not take place and prove that a hotel with five stars has nothing to do with it.

We decided to spend a long weekend at the Sopot Hotel. The hotel's great advantage is its location, far from the center of Sopot, allows you to relax in the surroundings of a beautiful park on which you can see very nice views from hotel rooms. Another asset is a comfortable and quiet lobby where you can both relax, relax, drink good wine and work quietly. The very nice service was another positive surprise during our stay. The minus for us were ladies who came to the room at 9 asking if we wanted to clean up. We believe this time could be later. You can take a quiet beach and a walkway to the center of Sopot. Hotel Sopot is recommended for a weekend or a short trip.

Excellent hotel. Room is really comfortable. Plenty of room. Clean and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, just on the edge of the main *****, in a quieter part of town. Sopot is a lovely seaside resort. Excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast very good.

King size bed, with balcony. The rooms face thethe forest and countryside. The rooms are very big, with lovely wooden cupboards and wardrobe, giving it a cosy and warm feeling. There is a nice desk too with From and a table and chairs in the balcony to enjoy a beer from. It has a stocked mini bar and very good coffee (nespresso pods). The check in is fast and easy. Staff are super friendly, helpful and polite. They arranged a car a driver for the day for us and asked me in the gym after I checked out, asee we had to wait 5 hours for the plane. There have a business area for working, a great bar, a very stylish restaurant with unreal food… It’s well presented, tastes great and is very affordable! We enjoyed 6 meals there! Each was amazing! The breakfast area is lovely and they give a massive spread of food, loads of choices and really good hot and cold food! I loved our week there and this hotel was an independent, purchased by Radisson and it shows… It’s really good, top tier and booked in advance you can enjoy for as little as 90-100 euros a night! The spa has 4 types of sauna, a mid bath, swimming pool, 2 jacuzzs, a kids pool and massage rooms, also have a beauty parlor for nails and threading Etc

We tried out all the hotell had to offer and we had the best wekend! Great room, super staff, amasing spa area, really good massage, snaksy drinks and super staff at the bar, incredible breakfast (and the breakfastkit for us who left really early was super). We will be back! :)

Ein historisches Haus, welches sehr schön und modern renoviert worden ist. Ganz hervorragend ist die Lage, unmittelbar an der Promenade und dem Strand im schönen Fischerviertel gelegen. Gepflegte Häuser in der Nachbarschaft und ein kurzer Fußweg bis zur großen Mole. Das Frühstück war gut, mit 17 € pro Person allerdings für polnische Preisverhältnisse an der gerade noch akzeptablen oberen Grenze. Unerfreulich war, dass wir wahrscheinlich das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen haben, obwohl wir sogar über die Hotel Homepage und nicht über ein Buchungsportal gebucht haben. Es handelt es sich um Zimmer 213, eine bessere Besenkammer im Dachgeschoss des rechten Nebengebäudes. Das Zimmer war klein, mit Dachschrägen und einem sehr schmalen Doppelbett , das geschätzt maximal 1,40 m breit war. Bequem geschlafen haben wir nicht. An das Kopfende des Bettes grenzte der Motorraum des Aufzugs, den man bei jeder Fahrt gut hören konnte. Allerdings war er zwei Tage defekt. Das Waschbecken lief nicht ab, was ich zweimal an der Rezeption moniert habe, erfolglos. Das Haus kann ich daher nur mit Einschränkungen empfehlen. Sollten wir noch einmal dorthin fahren, würde ich vorab auf der Mitteilung des Zimmers bestehen.

The panoramic window was the first thing that hit us when we walked into our room. The view over the Marina and Harbour was glorious, it's really one memory that will always stay with us. The hotel room was really modern and very clean. Big TV in room and the welcome pack was renewed each day. Towels were also changed each day and we're always soft and fluffy. Nothing was too much for the staff, they were very helpful and always polite and smiling. Cafes and shops were very near by or you could eat in the hotel restaurant. We did eat there, but it was a bit pricey, but really enjoyable. We fully recommend this hotel. Would stay there again and again.

I visited Hola recently.A really nice boutique hotel,Simple but elegant and located close to the centre with easy Access to the city.They have really nice breakfast,fresh and delicious with variety of options to choose from.The Staff was very friendly and helpful i had a smooth checkin.The rooms were clean ,nicely arranged and fully equiped. The beds are comfortable. Lastly There is a restaurant on site- Mandu and they have delicious traditional Polish meals.If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, clean and affordable hotel ,this one is the BEST one for you.I highly recommend it 10/10!!!

Hotel is located right next to the beach. Because I had a stay during the epidemic, so the requirements are a little different. I booked the apartment to have more space. The price of the apartment was quite high. The apartment is very nice, even luxurious, but it is completely unprepared for meals in it. No glasses, glasses, not to mention dishes. The second thing to improve is that if in the hotel apartment 4* I can't see the encoded programs, only these are free - it's worth improving. I thought the apartment has a view to the bay, not parking. Very good, plenty of breakfast. Efficient Wi-Fi network

The second time I stayed here, the same ocean view room was set up as before, but the room felt a lot smaller than the previous one. Resolutely consulted the front desk, not only adjusting the room but adding a free bed to match the last room. When you open the curtains you can see the Baltic Sea in the distance and walk to the beach with all kinds of wild sea birds, ducks and geese. There is also a large area with facilities for children on the beach, suitable for children of all ages. Most notable is the hotel's swimming pool. It should be a training base for various local water sports. During my stay, I met the tall ladies who did aqua aerobics, the kids learned to swim, oxygen tank scuba diving, and individual kayaking. Very interesting!

Przestronny apartament z oddzielna toaleta i łazienką. Plus za pyszne śniadania i najbardziej za super basen. Dzieci zachwycone. Głębokość 120 m na całej długości daje komfort odpoczynku rodzicom 😉Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Trójmiasta. Pomimo 2 telewizorów minus za ubogie kanały Tv. Dodatkowo bliskość kolei i odgłos przejeżdżających pociągów (dla nas nie był problemem)
