Over all was a good stay! Areas where family and friends can visit and meet up, with various restaurants and cafes on its doorstep— specially just before flying out. It’s about a 15 minute drive from T1 international terminal. Although the pool water was quite cold, albeit being indoors, and separate sauna for males and females. Unfortunately when we attempted to visit the saunas- one afternoon, they were not so inviting (ie not the cleanest). Nice to have a poolside bar and access to massage services there tho!

Had a great stay at Hotel 101 with my friends! We booked the Happy Room for 3 adults and 1 kid, and it was just right—clean, comfy, and enough space for all of us. The location is super convenient, which made getting around so easy. Definitely a plus! The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the buffet experience. The food was good, but the staff serving it didn’t seem in the mood—parang si ate wasn’t feeling it that day. 😅 Other than that, everything was smooth, and we had a fun time. Would still recommend for anyone looking for a chill and accessible place to stay! 😊

Hotel 101 may have lost its luster. The AC is not clean it was showing an FR error message and shuts down by itself, the wallpaper has peeling off and the towels are greying out. Wifi waa terrible. I was on a Zoom Call on the desk and Zoom was kicking me out of the meetings several times. I booked Hotel 101 because of its location. It is near MOA, PICC and many more. I think, if the hotel will make some improvements it will go far. It may be due for renovation.

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I really don’t get why some people complain about this hotel. First off, the welcome was awesome – super friendly staff. The room was exactly like the pictures, no surprises there. Sure, it's a bit smaller than I expected – I mean, a 4x4 meter room isn’t huge, but it was fine for a 2-night stay. It’s pricy for that size of room though. The Wi-Fi was solid too, fast enough for me to jump on work calls without any issues. I also ordered congee and it was pretty good. As for location, it’s about a 30-minute walk to MOA or 20 minutes by car, so not bad at all. My only gripe was the noise – the walls aren’t soundproof, so when the neighbors had a birthday party, it got a little wild. Luckily, it didn’t go past midnight, so I guess it could’ve been worse. But overall, I’d say it’s a decent spot to stay.

Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

The Hotel is good as the price., however some of the guest are very noisy and You can hear all the noise inside our room.. However its very convenient its near to Mrt/Lrt and easy access to any point of metro. Its not to far from the airport.. its good for a short vacation if you have a short budget.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was spotless, and we appreciated not having to request housekeeping, as they took care of it daily. We loved the newly renovated pools, which seemed to be heated, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious, but keep in mind they have a dress code for the breakfast buffet and require proper swimwear at the pool. The only downside was the elevators — they were a bit slow on Sunday, but the wait times were fine on other days. The WiFi connection isn’t the most reliable if you're planning to work, so it's a good idea to have a backup like a mobile hotspot. There's minimal noise from the renovation outside, but it's not too disruptive. The hotel TV is an older flat-screen but has all the standard cable channels. The AC works well, and all the essentials like the shower, faucet, bidet, toilet, and phones are in good working order. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows are clean and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. *We stayed for 4D3N to unwind and celebrate my son's birthday.*

Everything is okay but no bathrobe when I am going to swimming I have to use a towel instead. During staying here somewhat noisy because there are many parties . Breakfast is various and good , recommend to stay here.

It is a hotel with excellent price quality ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and available. The rooms are modern and functional. There is even the topper above the mattresses! The room is cleaned every day. The tower's roof is very well-organised, with various locations to cook, if you want. The hotel is huge, so it will be easy to be satisfied. The outdoor neighborhood is not the best, but it is not their fault, all Malate and Ermita are not very much. So it is great when you come back, having such a comfortable hotel.

Smooth check-in with the help of a staff member at the reception. They have a separate reception area inside the Birch Tree Hotel building. They allowed me to check in 30 minutes before the standard time, which was great. Upon entering the room, it smelled nice. They provided shampoo and toothpaste, and there was even a hairdryer, which was a plus for me. Additionally, there was a microwave and a kettle. Unfortunately, they only have a regular TV. It would have been great if they had a smart TV, but the good Wi-Fi connection made up for it. I loved the unit I stayed in because it had a balcony. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was excellent, featuring a rain showerhead with good water pressure, plus they had a bidet. My only concern was the bedsheets and pillowcases, as I’m sure they weren’t changed from the previous guest. I noticed long hair on the sheets, and they were wrinkled. During the night, I also spotted small roaches roaming around when it got dark, so I had to keep the lights on all night. Additionally, the staff outside the corridor were quite noisy and inconsiderate of the guests. On weekends, you can also hear the bar karaoke from outside, which can be disruptive if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, it was a good stay, and I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration. Thank you!

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Staff 💯 friendly and helpful, Staff A+ Rooms to noisy if want good sleep on the same of life and also all 25 above. Issue with bed sheets, unsightly mark when pulled cover back, the quickly them. But had to change rooms ..01 due to noise to the other side, which was great ..05 but water burster in bathroom, about 30 mins into another on 26th floor, but after 10 mins the humming from multiple outside air con units, plus thin glass, then add the vibration of the music from the roof top bar, that wasn't going to be a good night, off another back on 23rd floor - the shower drain wasn't draining. So rooms stay on 24th or below floors and the same of the lane way and should be fine. Staff were amazing.

Low internet wifi connection,sometimes,No internet at all. Very long time response if you call at front desk,..sometimes it takes time to contact... If you request for cleaning, need to follow-up, cant be done in 1 request.. Even if you ask for official recieot, bcoz of my last day was paid in cash, in all I stayed for 5 days..they dont automatically make a reciept..you will wait in how many hours n need again to follow-up ...

10/10 the room was so clean and spacious, the CR has shower, heater and bidet (plus points). The staffs were nice and always greets you. It is near the airport and there is a convenience store right in front of the hotel and other fast foods are just nearby. Wifi is fast I was able to work there and no lag at all. Their TV is working and is connected to wifi, they have spoons, forks and glass too. If I go back to Manila, I will book here again!

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees.
