I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Oslo, and I’d rate it a solid 4/5. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, especially the donation culture, offering both comfort and style. The hotel’s central location was perfect for exploring Oslo’s attractions, with many key sites eg opera house, main street and oslo central station, within walking distance. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—The ambiance was modern yet cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oslo; it’s a true gem in the heart of the city.

Hotel just right to the main station, 5 mins walk away. love that there was a luggage room so no need to worry if you arrived early. however there was a hiccup during our stay. where my friend forgot her small pillow at the hotel and when we emailed to ask there were no answer untill few days later with nothing was found in the room, couple of days later they found the pillow and send to us with charge, at least it was found. thanks to housekeeping and the management team.

So happy to stay this hotel, nice location,great helpful service staffs ,good breakfast…. Really a good place for the people first time visit Oslo . I will be here again when I will visit Oslo and share all my friends too !

The Front Desk staff are polite and they smile. Great services from the lady in breakfast on 4 Oct 2024. Clean and spacious room. Thanks for the upgrade so we have a room with a corner bathtub. Room has a tube standing fan, luggage rack, working desk, 3 windows but no kettle and no small refrigerator. Heater works well. Buffet breakfast is good for the price in Europe. In South East Asia with this room rate, we will have better breakfast. The outdoor area on 8th floor has great view and you can smoke there.

Comfort hotel grand central is right in the city centre and very convenient to the Oslo S train station and great restaurants all around. The breakfast is alright. I will stay here again! Recommended.

Smart hotel is comfy and very eco friendly. Located central in the city it is convenient and near a range of attractions and restaurants.

Transportation: There are airport bus station, bus station, subway station (bus and bus are one stop, closer), not in the city center, but also very close Room: moderate size, the bed is not big, the quilt is as wide as the bed, unlike the big quilt in domestic hotels. Breakfast: very good, with a wide variety, covering many Norwegian specialties. Every morning I have to drink two bottles of ginger ale (to drive away the cold and stimulate the appetite), like most European and American hotel breakfasts, some are hot, most are cold. Overall 95 points, recommended

Right in the city center. Next to train station and on a shopping mall. Room is clean, decent and bright. Always liked Scandic for value for money. As usual they gave a barber shop at the lobby. Would try that next time. Getting to like this hotel chain more and more.

During my stay, I encountered a significant challenge as my luggage had been delayed for two days with no updates from the airline company. In this moment of distress, Mr. Ponters went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he generously offer the hotel telephone for us to contact the airline company, but he also displayed genuine concern by consistently checking in on us to ensure we were coping well with the situation. Furthermore, Mr. Ponters did not stop there. Understanding our predicament, he took the initiative to recommend nearby stores where we could purchase essential items such as toothpaste and slippers. His thoughtful suggestions made our temporary inconvenience much more bearable. Mr. Ponters' kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to provide assistance in a time of need truly set him apart.
