Great experience staying in this hotel. Service was good, friendly staff too. Room was huge bed is comfortable and the best part is their pillows not the typical hotel pillow it feels like I'm at home. No aircon but it's ok they have an electric fan and it is cold especially at night. Separate toilet and bath, and it's clean. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Definitely will come back with my family.

Very poor self service check-in process. There were no proper directions and guidance. Used the self check machines hoping to check in early, only to found out that all online bookings of hotels need to first Q up at the OTA line for the staff to input your ID in their booking system before you can do self check in. Total time spent waiting at the OTA Q is about 1 hr. Took a Q number of for service counter to help but they were 50 over people in-front of me. As I have child with me, decided to go for lunch. Came back at 3pm to do self check in and no keep showing no room available. Ended up I had to approach the service counter for help. As I have missed my Q number, I approached the supervisor but was told to wait at counter 10 which was not moving. As I saw counter 7 was cleared, I went up and was served by Miss Dyna. I appreciated her outstanding customer service. Knowing that I had booked 2 rooms, she straight away assigned adjoining rooms for me without asking. However, the first assigned rooms weren’t adjoining so we have to return back to counter and approach her. She apologised and re-assigned the rooms to us and this time is correct. Glad to serve by her which makes our day pleasant. As for the rooms, don’t expect too much. I was assigned to level 4 and facing another room windows. The floors weren’t clean as hair, dirt can still be found on floor, so we go to buy slippers. no wifi in the hotels and network in the rooms were poor. Despite having data roaming or even eSIM it was bad. The only plus point was easy accessible. Best to get better rooms if with children. The rooms photos should be updated as is misleading.

stayed at the two-bedroom apartment for a night. Good The apartment is clean and has plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids to run around. Had some troubles with the door and pipes, but the reception and technical team was very efficient and professional when called upon. Not so good Hotel furniture is quite old, which means cabinet doors come off at the hinges, shelves get stuck at their railings at glass windows rattles all night when hit by strong winds. Need refurbishment to compete with other newer apartments around Cameron.

It was a pleasant stay here at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan, the check-in & check-out process were smooth, the studio room was large, the beds were comfy & cozy enough, the room was clean and we were satisfied with all the amenities provided. The hotel was located near the beach so you can totally enjoy the beautiful view from the poolside. My son loves the mini waterslide there, the breakfast was okay though we think the hotel can improve the variety of it. Free shared parking with the reaidence building. And you will need to prepare deposit of RM100 in cash/CC with RM3 tax.

We had a great new year's end vacation here @ swiss garden hotel genting highlands 😘 We really enjoyed the new years countdown party and the foods served was 😋 😋 😋 👍 👌 Very friendly staffs(from the receptionists to the restaurant staffs all friendly 😘 Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands Good food 😋 especially breakfast buffet soo many choices 😋 also tried their kampung friendly rice,char kway teow special oxtail soup yummy 😋😋😋, Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️ Also sooo many instagrammable views to capture when you are @ pool (you can also see the awana cable car & GPO from afar 😉 Clean Room and surroundings ✅ For me its highly recommended hotel ️ in genting highlands ✅️ Price was good for the 4stars hotel 👌

Buffet breakfast was good. The room was cool without needing to turn on the aircon. The shuttle bus to the premium outlet or cable car station is hourly. Grab was also available, though we needed to pay premium at peak hours. Super long queues at cable cars, waited an hour to go to the hill top.

The Indian reception staff wasn't very helpful and gave us a low floor without any view, but the room and bathroom are spacious. The coffee mug was chipped, and the bed comforter was stained, so we had them replaced. The TV was very small and, at times, had an audio lagged effect, making viewing very uncomfortable. The service is very poor, and I had to wait for more than 1 hour and had to remind them many times. We ordered room service for dinner and was served the wrong dish. I had to wait for almost an hour from order to being served the right dish, and my appetite was gone after that.

We drove to the hotel in the late afternoon. The parking area is lacking of signage, so it’s a bit confused to get to the right way to hotel lobby. When we got to the lobby, it took around 10 mins to check in which seemed to be acceptable. Pros: Quite clean and spacious room, free WiFi access,strong shower water, free bottled water,free parking;service standard is on par; great view in the morning. Cons: pitstop(snack store) has limited options compared to other convenience stores such as 7-11 or family marts;the lifts need to wait quite long time during peak hours; free WiFi takes long time to connect and the connection speed is not smooth to enjoy streaming services;hardrock cafe and rooftop garden and some other facilities are still not yet ready.

Definitely this hotel is underated. The clean is ok. The hotel is located the top of mountain higher than first world. So much cloudy. So its make always wet over all area. I pay rm270 include with breakfast for 6 people is definitely good deal. All food above average. Definitely its worthy for us. Free kids playground. Free hot water swimming pool and complete accommodation. I will definitely will recommend for any1. Alot of lowest rating at google i think they put alot expectations. 14 jan 25 , Tuesday is my check in date non busy date. 100% Recommended

This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards. Amazing hotel property, very detailed, almost all properties in my room are amazing, there is a Christmas tree inside my room, free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture , wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality, also bathroom properties from the white company. The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this. The location is perfect inside the mall, next door to mall and theme park. room cleanliness: perfect. Breakfast : not buffet breakfast. food is not varied, little protein. Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located in the middle of town. The hotel food is ok for me.

It has been awhile since we went to Kuantan. So alang2 pergi kenduri di Kemaman, so we decided to stay here for 1 night. It was a lovely stay. Their breakfast is so good. Even my husband said like a premium. 😁 We love to come back for more night stays. Kuantan has been lovely. Please try Kassim Baba Roti Tempayan Cheese. They served good foods too. Only 5 mins from hotel.

Love the king sized bed and all the big pillows. Room was big enough and comes with a sofa bed. Toilet also very clean and comes with bottled shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. Look very organised and complete. Food during breakfast was also very nice, served by well-mannered waiters and chefs. Plenty of delicious food to choose from. I particularly like the vege fritters they cooked, brings back old memories when i was little, living in kampung with my late mom. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying there and would definitely come back whenever I'm Kuantan.

Location wise good, near to town and places i've planned to go. Room space is quite good and acceptable but toilet is not clean enough. That's the worst part and the most unsatisfied part. I wish the hotel pays more attention towards proper cleaning method, scubbing every parts of the toilet. Also the sink has problem, got leaking which also the worst and horrific part during my stay. During night there's a bunch of big size if dogs sleeping outside of the hotel so beware if you are afraid of dogs and if you have kids.

Cleanliness: I would rate the cleanliness a 2 due to the poor maintenance and housekeeping. None of the electrical outlets were functioning properly, and there was a noticeable electrical sound. For those traveling with children, please be extra cautious. During our sightseeing trip from 1 pm to 10 pm, we returned to find the towels we had used earlier that morning, wet and folded on the table instead of being replaced with fresh ones. Additionally, our used cup had not been washed and was left untouched. Location & Amenities: The location was great, and the kids had a fantastic time, especially in the pool area. The pool is spacious, clean, and convenient for parents to relax while their kids enjoy themselves. The surrounding environment is excellent and truly mesmerizing. We were happy to sit back, relax, and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves—it was incredibly calming. The seaside area is ideal for large family gatherings or company events, with plenty of space available. Service: I would rate the Front Office Staff at 4, especially Mr. Aftar, Mr. Azlan, and Mr. Rahmat, who were very helpful. However, I had a negative experience with Ms. Y (name withheld), who was unhelpful and lacked empathy. We were planning to shorten our stay from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night due to heavy rainfall, flooding in some areas, and car issues. We asked her at the front desk, after consulting Trip.Com, if we could shorten our stay. Instead of showing understanding, she kept saying she couldn't assist and that the Manager on Duty was unavailable. She directed us to deal with Trip.Com the following day, which we understood. However, when I asked if, in case Trip.Com approved our request, we could check out later (around 1 or 2 pm), she refused. She claimed they couldn’t offer a late check-out as the hotel was fully booked. I was shocked, as I was giving up an extra night and yet wasn’t granted even a late check-out at 12:30 pm, and yet she was mentioned it will be chargeable. To my surprise, I later checked online and saw plenty of rooms available and an empty pool. This was disappointing. Just imagine, i am planning to give away my extra night and when i wasnt able to get a slightly late check out due to fully booked ? what ridiculous is this ? IF, we requested late check out on the actual check out date, i totally understand . But this is another way round and she left me speechless. On a positive note, Mr. Aftar, Mr. Azlan, and Mr. Rahmat were understanding and helpful. Despite not asking for much, their suggestions, empathy, and sincerity made a significant difference in our stay. It was because of them that we decided to continue our stay and cancel our initial plans. A big thank you to them for their kindness and helpfulness, always checking in to see if we needed assistance and offering thoughtful suggestions. Overall Experience: Our overall stay was very good and enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and the sightseeing views. The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the sea, providing a truly relaxing experience. Special thanks also to the IRD staff at the restaurant for kindly helping us store our frozen food.

Staying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it.
