Este hotel es una instalación limpia y moderna: su sitio web dice que aceptan mascotas y viajábamos con un perro y un gato. Desafortunadamente, aunque llamamos y un empleado nos dijo que se permitían mascotas, pero cuando llegamos para registrarnos, el recepcionista dijo que el perro era demasiado grande para quedarse. Después de 5 horas de viaje, estábamos cansados y no hay otro hotel en Piedras Negras que acepte mascotas. Le pedimos que llamara a un gerente, y el gerente dijo que el perro podía quedarse si teníamos sus registros de vacunación. Teníamos los registros del perro, pero a pesar de que el gato era lo suficientemente pequeño para cumplir con los estándares del recepcionista, ella insistió en que también mostráramos sus registros de vacunación. ¡Que desastre! No nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo.

El hotel está en muy buen estado, se ve que fue renovado hace poco. Las camas son amplias y cómodas. El servicio de limpieza excelente y se ve que le ponen mucha atención. El staff es amable. El desayuno que estaba incluido en nuestra tarifa s bastante completo y con opciones diferentes cada día. Fruta fresca, algo de proteínas, pan y hasta tostador. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y la u ubicación es excelente porque de ahí sales a todos lados.

If they change the matresses and pillows, and ALL the bedding it could be better, at least liveable.... I was there for several days in which when I got to the room I found the dirty sheets, I requested clean ones, which I changed,,, then I saw the mattress it was more than 20 years old, I know this because it had a written date of about 20 years ago, and maybe it was already used then!!! The blanket was filthy and the bed cover also, I throw them in the floor, I didn't even wanted to touch them... The next day the woman came to ”clean” the room and throw the filthy blanket on top of the clean sheets! so I requested no cleaning service for the rest of my stay, I did my own cleaning, I didn't want this woman to move my clean sheets and throw the filthy blanket on the bed again! But now the positive finds, it has great location in downtown and parking included is next door. The front desk staff is very helpful.

Excellent location; smarred attention, only two adverse details: 1) a bomb or compressor was on the night at a side of the room, so rest was not very good; 2) they made a double charge for a room, they were called, e-mails sent; they admit the unlawful recovery, but so far they have not been worth returning the more recovered.

La señorita María jose nos atendió muy bien desde la información para nuestro evento tanto en las comidas y cenas muy ricas felicitaciones a los de cocina el chef Elías la señora María y el señor Ernesto que fueron los que me comentó la señorita que fueron los que estuvieron detrás de los alimentos, por las instalaciones solo detalles de una gotera pero de ahí en más todo bien, muy buen servicio nos estaremos viendo en febrero

La semana pasada me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación pues el sistema de televisión no funcionaba. Está semana no funciona el internet. Pedí servicio al cuarto, 10 boneless y llegaron 7, la excusa: ”tenemos tanteo trabajo que no checamos las cantidad” Los aires acondicionados hacen el ruido de un trailer, viejísimos. No vuelvo a hospedarme aquí. Nada recomendable.
