Hotel Harmonia by Dukley

This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.
Hotel Villa Gracia

Hotel Villa Garcia exceeded our expectations. It is a family-run hotel, located in a nice place in Budva. It is minimalist in design, comes with balcony with nice city / mountain view’s. The staff gave us a free upgrade upon check in, as it was relatively low season. We were on the third floor and had nice views of the surrounding mountains. There is free parking. I like it that the old town is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can access many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional too, from freshly made pancakes to local food items. The cook was so nice to prepare a takeaway bag for us as on our last day, we had to check out early to go to the airport. Overall exceptional 5* service at this beautiful hotel, so choose this place if you plan to visit Budva, just 25 min drive from Tivat airport.

This hotel is a solid 10/10!!! From the amazing staff to the great breakfast, location, cleanliness, restaurant… everything was perfect!! I don’t remember the names of the two female receptionists who work from 8am-3pm but they were so kind and helpful! ZUK the later shift receptionist was always ready to help and recommended some amazing eatery spots! In the restaurant, Marko and Nemanja always made me feel so comfortable and I ended up going there in the evenings for drinks just to hang out with them because they were truly the kindest and sweetest staff ever!!!

Here's the corrected version of the hotel review, with the grammar improved: The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

The hotel is perfectly located for traveling around the country. Free parking is available for guests. All rooms have sea views. The hotel is new, modern, very comfortable beds (the mattress is not soft). There are all the amenities in the bathroom, although they were updated upon request. Next to the hotel there is an unattractive unfinished building that spoils the beautiful views; construction continues nearby, but this does not interfere much with living) For those who prefer silence on vacation, I recommend choosing a deluxe room; standard rooms face the pool and restaurant, where there is always room. Breakfast is not very varied, but tasty and satisfying. If you want decent coffee, pay extra. The staff is kind and always ready to help! Having a car is essential!

The hotel's breathtaking ocean views were simply mesmerizing. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and being able to enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the sparkling blue waters was a dream come true. The room itself was elegantly designed with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.

We had a lovely studio which was perfect for us. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating. No complaints about cleanliness. Room service food was pretty good and not extortionate price. It is about a 25 minute walk to the old town so not the closest, but there are also buses etc. The pool is nice. Breakfast was very average.

Budva Old Town
Very good experience! The hotel environment is very good, very clean, every day someone timely clean. There are many choices for breakfast and they are all delicious. The reception can help you call a taxi, and before you leave, you also sent a refrigerator sticker, which is very sweet!

The hotel experience from Perast to Budva is quite different...Since I read some reviews of five-star hotels and they are not very good, I thought I would just stay for two days, so I booked this four-star hotel. The front desk of the hotel is hard to find, the front is very small and not facing the street, the room is quite clean, it doesn't matter if there is a sea view or not, the balcony is very practical for us Chinese, we can dry clothes quickly, the air conditioner is cool enough, the hot water is heated by the water heater, it is not convenient for multiple people to wash continuously, they need to wait, but because it is summer and we don't use much water, it is no problem to wash continuously. The hotel does not provide drinking water, this is not the only one. But there is a convenience store across the building, and the old town of Budva is not far away. The location of the hotel may be its biggest advantage. There are a few points that I am very dissatisfied with: I stayed in a total of six hotels in Montenegro and Serbia, and this hotel's room rate of about 2K was not cheaper than other hotels, but it was the only one that insisted on charging me for an extra bed, saying that the room I booked was for 2 people, but there were actually 3 people staying in the room (there are very few hotel options when I choose three people in the Ctrip system, so I usually don't check this), but in fact I am an adult with a 7-year-old child and a 12-year-old child, and the three of us can sleep in the existing large bed. I don't know what excess resources we took up in the hotel, but they insisted on charging me 80 euros for two days for an extra bed. I asked if you were really going to add an extra bed for me, and the front desk said yes, so I gave the money without any nonsense. In the end, they just collected the money and didn't follow up with anything else. If you want to charge money, then give me an extra bed... The whole hotel is just an ordinary apartment, without any supporting facilities. I don't know how Ctrip marked it as a four-star hotel. The corridor is very apartment-style, and opposite the balcony is a building under construction, which makes a very unfavorable impression. During my stay, there was a foreigner who might have touched the wrong door or something. I was about to open the door to go out in the morning, but he stood at the door and wanted to come in. He greeted me and made it clear that this was not his room, but he didn't mean to leave. I asked him what he was doing, and then I quickly closed the door. Although I was about to check out that day, I still went to the front desk responsibly to communicate this matter, and asked the front desk to pay attention to strange and suspicious people. The front desk said that he must have walked into the wrong room. That was too scary. The overall feeling was really not as safe as a regular star hotel. European hotels generally do not have door chains, and I did not find the do not disturb card, so the accommodation experience was not good. The attitude of the front desk staff was actually okay, and a lot of information was quite clear. When I left, I asked for help to book a taxi, which was also very efficient. They took us to the car. I think this hotel is more suitable for tourist groups.

The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals.
