I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. To be highlighted are the reception and restaurant. The outdoor area, including the animals that appeared regularly, was very interesting and had something of a safari and holiday feel about it. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need to be renovated and modernized. But nothing was missing here either. The food selection was sufficient, but could be a little more extensive (fruit, cheese), especially at breakfast.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge! Nestled in the heart of Lake Nakuru National Park, the lodge offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Waking up to the sounds of nature and spotting wildlife right from the lodge was a truly magical experience. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and immersive safari getaway!

Our stay at Dea's Gardens was so restful after nearly a week of early safari starts and long truck rides! It was like coming home when we arrived at Dea's. The house and the gardens are beautiful. The welcome from Dea, Caroline and Thomas was so lovely and the food was wonderful. Our children loved relaxing by the pool after a cycle or boat safari. Thank you Dea's Gardens!

We stayed here on the first official night of our Safari. What a high standard for the other camps and lodges to achieve on our Safari. They met or exceeded our every need and expectation. We had two singles and one double room. The double easily would sleep 3 and they provided an electric coffee pot to heat water for my cousin's morning coffee. Loved this place!

My Italian clients were really pleased with their stay at the Rock Hyrax Hotel. As it is a very superb hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Nakuru, including the national Park. The staff are very good, welcoming, very friendly and helpful to mention a few, Grace and CateSharon. Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and beds was very comfortable. Delicious dinner and breakfast as well. Great value hotel and highly recommend.
