HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Narita

While the check-in was smooth and the english-speaking staff at concierge was detailed in the available facilities e.g. sauna chargeable at 550 yen per pax, I was shocked by how unclean the room I stayed in was, at the highest level 11: dust was perpetually flying visibly in the air and worse if you smack the stained bed a bit; could see the dust and dirt stuck on TV remote control; there were stains on the bed; there were hair strands in the bathroom (e.g. bathtub); and there was a foul stench when I opened the bathroom (the kind that wet clothes did not dry properly hence proving the lack of ventilation in the bathroom). Thankfully I stayed for one night only though I did not use the facilities. The hotel seemed popular with other airline staff and tourists (Chinese, Thai, Korean) who could be rowdy at the lobby area and convenience store located at level 1 of the hotel. I did not feel exactly safe. All in all, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel.

We knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney). The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping. We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.

If you have plan going to DisneyLand and DisneySea this hotel is a great choice they provide free shuttle bus vice versa to DL and DS… it comes on breakfast buffet the choices is good although same food choices for 3days straight😊 the room is good we stay on 8 floor facing sea view with king size and 1 single bed more than enough for 1 family of 3 human being😅the hotel guys they have up to 11F with indoor swimming pool and gym and many more😊 they have Lawson inside too. For the shuttle bus guys going to DL they just drop you in Maihama Station and 5 minutes walk to DL. For the DS they will drop you in Bayside Station and you need to buy a monorail ticket to DS😊 good luck on your trip hope this review will help you😊 be safe
HOTEL MYSTAYS Maihama

We visited this hotel in 2017, 6 years ago and loves the hotel so much we came back for the second time. Mystay Maihama is one of the closest hotel to Disneysea. It is also close to the Maihama train statiom and reachable with a 10 minutes walk. If you take a look from thw top 7th floor on clear weather you can look out to the sea. We dun find any food around so it is wise to pack some instant or microwave food from the convenience stores at the train station. The items are clean and the housekeep turnover is very nice. They even pack out huge baymax to sleep when we return back. The hot water are adjustable so besude to look behind the closet for a small controller if the water is too hot or too cold. The best item is the foot massager that really cures our leg after long walk in the disneyland. We are disappointed that we arrived late and was unable to book for the breakfast because it ran out for the buffet breakfast for the next day so we have to walk hungry to Disneyland to get our breakfast. In the morming therw is shuttle bus that starts off at 8 to bring hotel guest to first the Maihama train station then to Disneyland. The only cable there is on tv channel is CNN news and CCTV news. Other channels are local . The powerpoint is 2 parallel Type A NEMA 1-15. Please note that the pin in Japan is wider than US pin so if you are coming from U.S., the plug cannot go in We loves the hotel that we actually overstayed. I am not sure how the overstay works, we spent 3 night in the hotel and have to pay 2000yen for overstayed 40 minutes after checkout time because we were in disneyland for 2 days and overslept. So be sure to check out before 10am. We wun be coming back to the hotel any time soon because the price has changed so much since the last time we came.
Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

1 minute walk from Bayside, I preferred this far above the Okkura which is adjacent especially for families with a 2 and 5 yo. The indoor pool was properly heated up to 35 degrees and included a 0.5m kids paddle pool which was quite a good size. The breakfast included for the kids had popcorn and heaps of candy and fairy floss marshmallows in front of a TV showing snow white classics so they won't eat a proper breakfast unless they’re very disciplined…. The outdoor pool costs 5400jpy for adults and 3400 for 4-12year olds. See picture for prices of all the extras. With hindsight we didn’t t need the outdoor pool. Has on site convenience store and a Disney store too. Only downside is the room even in the park wing was very cramped.

This hotel is ideal for people who enjoy staying at the Tokyo Disney Resort. It is designed to provide a comfortable stay for couples, friends, families, international visitors, and diverse groups. It is especially suitable for those who prefer a relaxing and elegant time and space after spending time at the Disney Resort. Have plenty of fun and magic at the Disney Resort until the night. Then, take the Disney Resort Line, and when you arrive at the station, a cute Mickey bus will be waiting for you. Large rooms, spacious bathrooms, and super comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast with a choice of one of two very spacious and comfortable restaurants. Look out over the open courtyard and have a strategy meeting for the day. You and your companion/family will be in good health and sure to get some good ideas. If you settle your purchases in the hotel without using your room number, you can use the simplified check-out process. Put your room key in the box in the lobby and check out in one second. With the ingenious system, no need to make your companion/family wait in the lobby. In addition, the rooms are equipped with ”Noritake” teacups and black/green tea bags. The ”Noritake” teacups feature pure gold rim decorations, so you can have a fantastic ”tea party” in a room that would envy Alice. Have a wonderful trip! ✨✨✨✨✨✨
Comfort Hotel Narita

You don't need to take a bus to the hotel. You can take the Keisei Electric Railway from Narita Airport to Narita City. Two stops. It is very convenient for tourists like me who have a short stay for a day. The railway system is very convenient, but Narita Station does not seem to be designed for tourists. So if you have a piece of luggage, you can barely cope at Narita Station. It is quite tiring to walk the ladders of the station with your luggage. It is necessary to tell the exact location of the airport to do your homework in advance and study the map. Walking to the pedestrian passage of the elevated railway can see the hotel. As for the hospitality, I want to say that this is a Japanese-style hotel rather than a Western-style hotel. The check-in staff was very service-conscious and thoughtfully led me to the hotel on the third floor. The lobby did not belong to the hotel. As with all other government policies, passports or Japanese identity certificates are required at check-in. I found that their English skills are still no problem in communication, but don't expect all your questions to be answered. The hotel room is quiet, clean and comfortable. The size of the Japanese-style hotel room is dwarfed by the nature of the Western-style hotel. However, the basic needs of staying can still be met: tables, bathrooms, beds. The view of the room is very boring, facing the wall of another building. There was no smell in the room and it was super clean. Breakfast is served in the morning. The supply time is the same every day. This is the style of Japanese work. It is not possible to advance or push for a minute. The food is not Western, so there is no need to be hopeful. What impressed me most here was its cleanliness and service quality, although the name of the hotel looked a little cheaper than other hotels. Much more comfortable than the so-called comfortable hotels I have stayed in North America. Stayed for one night and left early in the morning, so I didn't know the check-out time. After I checked in, I took the train to Akihabara and Tokyo. The hotel is located in Narita City. From the hotel, you can go to the other side of the city. You can find these attractions of the Buddha Temple in half an hour. Along the way you will find a true Japanese life, feeling different from the rhythms of life in western Tokyo.

The hotel's location is really good, you can walk to the hotel from Narita station in just about 5 minutes. It is also located near the Keisei station with about 5 minutes walk, which is very convenient. There are many resteraunts and convenient stores around the hotel. Officers at the front desk can well communicate in english. Amenities were quite completely provided. There are also microwave and vending machine provided in the common area on each floor. A room is small though.

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. Booked this hotel for the sake of convenience. Shuttle bus is at berth 33. Driver is an old gentleman who is very professional and polite. It took us about 15 minutes to get to this hotel from Narita Airport. Greeted by friendly staff who could speak very fluent English. Restaurant closed at 21:30 but got a 24h convenience store on the 1st floor. The facilities are bit outdated, but is enough for customers like us. The space is big. Shuttle bus timetable is demontrated below. Overall, it is a place that worth the price.
