This hotel was extremely good value for money. The room was spacious, and all necessary amenities were provided. There is a convenience store and pharmacy located within the hotel itself. The shuttle bus also adds to the convenience, though demand for it is high.

Hotel is very close to narita airport and conveniently had airport shuttle for free. Rooms were well appointed with good amenities. They also offer shuttle to downtown but did not avail of it sinc we only stayed overnight. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Wish I could have tried the spa as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. But otherwise, it’s clean and nice enough for a one night stay, with a 24hr convenience store in the hotel itself. Appreciated that there is free shuttle from Narita airport and to Narita airport.

1 minute walk from Bayside, I preferred this far above the Okkura which is adjacent especially for families with a 2 and 5 yo. The indoor pool was properly heated up to 35 degrees and included a 0.5m kids paddle pool which was quite a good size. The breakfast included for the kids had popcorn and heaps of candy and fairy floss marshmallows in front of a TV showing snow white classics so they won't eat a proper breakfast unless they’re very disciplined…. The outdoor pool costs 5400jpy for adults and 3400 for 4-12year olds. See picture for prices of all the extras. With hindsight we didn’t t need the outdoor pool. Has on site convenience store and a Disney store too. Only downside is the room even in the park wing was very cramped.

It was convenient and close to the station. Also, I am very grateful that the parking lot is 700 yen and you can freely enter and exit the parking lot. The room felt old, but it was clean. You can choose your amenities next to the elevator, and it was nice to be able to choose what you needed as much as you needed. The cost performance is good, so I would like to stay here again when I come to Makuhari area ♪

We stayed 4 nights here with my 2 little restless toddlers. Staff were friendly and facility was old yet maintained well. They have a shuttle bus not only for the airport, but also Narita station and AEON mall Narita. We use them a lot. So we didn't need to go to airport to take trains. And it seems like closer to Narita station than to the airport. FYI, it takes 30 min to get to the airport by shuttle bus. Convenience store was in the building but it's not open 24h. But there is another one next to the hotel building which is open 24/7 so it was just fine for quick snack or meal.

I stayed in this hotel with my family and I booked a four single beds room at the hotel, the hotel's rooms have smart toilets installed in it, everything in the room is perfectly cleaned and the room smells amazing. Everything at the hotel was perfect, the staff members are wonderful at their jobs. The hotel is partners with Disneyland shuttle busses and they drop the people who are dwelling at the hotel to Disneyland without any bus fare which is amazing. I loved the area, if you are a person who likes to live in the countryside then this hotel has a perfect location for you which is surrounded by the sea and alot of greenery. Both, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disneysea is not so far from the hotel. I would end my review by saying that that would definitely book a room again at Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay.

We came from Vietnam and they treated us really nice, they make us feel comfortable like a home. This hotel is very close to NRT Airport. In typical Japanese fashion, twin room is tiny, but there is everything you would possibly need. Friendly, helpful staff and quickly check-in. When We needed their help, they appeared immediately. Everyday we had 3 meals included rice, fish, miso soup, noodles, sausages, etc. Generally a very traditional Japanese meals. Really delicious and soon! Since the room is small there is a sign that says you can put your luggage under the beds. Overall, great place to stay.

It is a very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Narita Station, 5 minutes walk from AEON Mall, and Shinsho Ji Temple within walking distance. The front desk kindly explained the accommodation, so I remembered it and thanked the hospitality. There are coin laundry, microwave oven, ice machine, and currency exchange machine in the building, and juice and snacks can be purchased at 100 yen from the vending machine, which is ideal for long-term residents. Despite the restrictions on foreign entry, it may be a popular hotel because I saw many guests in the hotel. Disinfected stickers are attached to paper cups and disinfected places, and measures against the new corona are perfect. The accommodation fee is less than 5,000 yen and the cost performance is very high, but the internet is a little slow and the download was 0.78Ｇ, so the evaluation was ４ close to 5.

Booked this hotel for the sake of convenience. Shuttle bus is at berth 33. Driver is an old gentleman who is very professional and polite. It took us about 15 minutes to get to this hotel from Narita Airport. Greeted by friendly staff who could speak very fluent English. Restaurant closed at 21:30 but got a 24h convenience store on the 1st floor. The facilities are bit outdated, but is enough for customers like us. The space is big. Shuttle bus timetable is demontrated below. Overall, it is a place that worth the price.

A very practical hotel that provides great value. It's about 5-8 mins walk from Narita Station and has free shuttle service to Narita Airport when u check out. You will need to let the reception know in advance which shuttle bus time that you want to take so they will issue you the ticket for you and your luggage. The only thing is the free shuttle is only available in the morning (see photo). Amenities are can be taken at Lvl 1 where the reception is. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

While the check-in was smooth and the english-speaking staff at concierge was detailed in the available facilities e.g. sauna chargeable at 550 yen per pax, I was shocked by how unclean the room I stayed in was, at the highest level 11: dust was perpetually flying visibly in the air and worse if you smack the stained bed a bit; could see the dust and dirt stuck on TV remote control; there were stains on the bed; there were hair strands in the bathroom (e.g. bathtub); and there was a foul stench when I opened the bathroom (the kind that wet clothes did not dry properly hence proving the lack of ventilation in the bathroom). Thankfully I stayed for one night only though I did not use the facilities. The hotel seemed popular with other airline staff and tourists (Chinese, Thai, Korean) who could be rowdy at the lobby area and convenience store located at level 1 of the hotel. I did not feel exactly safe. All in all, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel.

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

This hotel is ideal for people who enjoy staying at the Tokyo Disney Resort. It is designed to provide a comfortable stay for couples, friends, families, international visitors, and diverse groups. We stayed here after our day at Disney. The location wasn't too far but we didn't have a car. Public transportation was easy to use. The staff were great. They were very patient and helpful with the language barrier. They made sure we understand everything and were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and we have a very comfortable stay. We would stay there again if we were to return.

When you arrive at TDR, you can leave your luggage at Ikspiari in front of the station and check in on the spot, so it was convenient to enter the room without lining up at the counter when you arrive at the hotel after closing. I always use this when I go to TDR, but this time I stayed at the West Side for the first time. The concept of the room was ”guest room in the castle”, and it was a fun room like the decorations in the room entered the land. The room was very beautiful and I was able to spend it comfortably.

If you have plan going to DisneyLand and DisneySea this hotel is a great choice they provide free shuttle bus vice versa to DL and DS… it comes on breakfast buffet the choices is good although same food choices for 3days straight😊 the room is good we stay on 8 floor facing sea view with king size and 1 single bed more than enough for 1 family of 3 human being😅the hotel guys they have up to 11F with indoor swimming pool and gym and many more😊 they have Lawson inside too. For the shuttle bus guys going to DL they just drop you in Maihama Station and 5 minutes walk to DL. For the DS they will drop you in Bayside Station and you need to buy a monorail ticket to DS😊 good luck on your trip hope this review will help you😊 be safe

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

I stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ～ on the check-in day. Check-in came back from the park and it was around 20:30, but I was able to check in with a waiting time of about 20 minutes. The front desk guided me carefully. It was a short stay plan at check-in 19:00 and check-out 10:00, but the reservation was made from the official site two weeks ago. With the use of travel discount, the accommodation fee per person was about 8000 yen + 3000 yen coupon. The room was larger than I expected and the bath was large. There was a little pink mold (?) On the wash basin, but that's what I was interested in. I used the spa without using the bath in the guest room. It's usually 2200 yen, but it was 1100 yen because I got a half-price ticket at check-in. For women, there was a mist sauna and a face care steamer in the changing room. Because it is large, I didn't care much about the congestion. It's about the degree that the dryer will be crowded. It wasn't a plan with breakfast, but there was a word of mouth that the bread was delicious, so I went to eat breakfast around 8 o'clock. Many people were waiting and entered the restaurant in about 20 minutes. There were many kinds of bread and it was difficult to choose, but the croissants and pie dough bread were especially delicious. Check-out was a memorial to the trip because you can proceed with the TV in the room if you don't need to settle, and you can bring your room key back. Access is available, but buses run between Bayside Station and Hotel, Maihama Station and Hotel. When I headed to the hotel around 20:30, I was waiting for a bus at the Bayside Station, so I walked to the hotel, but it was about 10 minutes. However, because the weather was bad, the wind was strong along the sea, and it was difficult to walk when pointing to an umbrella.

I wish there were more amenities. For example, it would be nice if they provided a few different types of tea and dental floss at the front desk.

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

The room is not big, but the location is great. There is a gate on the overpass that turns left at the station exit, and you don’t even need to go to the first floor. There are also Sogo and commercial streets nearby. The ramen shop above the station is also delicious. It's not far to go to Narita Airport the next day. If you buy an express bus, you'll be there in one stop.

Everytime we are travelling in Japan we always choose Daiwa Roynet, everything are excellent here. The property is relatively business area and nearest to the train station, has konbini and easy check in and out self service. Everyday clean.

It's conveniently located near the station, and it's great when you're tired. I also stayed in a twin room, but it was spacious and I was able to relax. I was also able to do some urgent desk work the next morning, which was helpful. However, the fridge wasn't very cold, so the water and drinks were only slightly cold, which was disappointing. It was very convenient. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful when I checked out, so I was very satisfied, even though the facilities are old, including the reasonable price. Thank you very much.

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view. The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

The windows in the room were very large and open, the room was spacious, the bath and toilet were separate, and we could use the high-quality lounge whenever we wanted within the hours, so we were very satisfied with just that and would like to come back for a relaxing vacation. There was a little bit of noise from the floors above and in the hallways, but we were very satisfied!!

Stayed on a heavy snowy day in Kanto. The room was beautiful, the large communal bath on the 9th floor & open-air bath was the best, and the amenities were substantial and very satisfying ♪ We also stay in snow or typhoon. thank you very much.
