Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

Excellent property with great food and service. Truly enjoyed our stay. Restaurant were well serviced and the food was great. Deb at the restaurant was an added feature as he's service and Behaviour was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this property if you are planning a short trip

Ginger guwahati is my go to hotel whenever I visit guwahati. The staff are very courteous and mindful. Property is clean and well maintained and spacious. Food menu is also now offering good choices compared to my last visit.

I booked this hotel through Agoda and was on my way to Tezpur. Thank GOD for no specific reason i just called up the hotel to confirm.my reservation however to my utter shock and horror i was told that the hotel has been sold out. I couldn't believe as to how casually the guy with the least customer handling skills says that they have been sold out since last 2 days. I told him repeatedly that the room was displayed available in Agoda and my booking has been confirmed and payment deducted from my account, but alas he seemed to care less and almost was in a hurry to hung up the call. Not even once did he apologize and instead asked.me how can I say that they have a room. I reminded him that they haven't closed the booking in Agoda and hence it was shown available and booking confirmed. I urge the owners to replace that executive with someone who has the basic manners to speak to hotel guest. I had to call up Agoda and they confirmed that the hotel didn't close the reservation and that is why the the room was shown available and booking confirmed after payment. Infact the pathetic guy was trying to blame Agoda as to how they can give booking. He perhaps is ignorant and dumb to understand that any 3rd party agency will display rooms available till they close the booking when it's full This is one my worst experience and i urge everyone to confirm with this hotel after making a reservation. If I wouldn't have called i would have been left high and dry in the streets of tezpur without a room to stay.

The resort’s staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful in every way possible. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable during our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The amenities provided were of high quality and we were happy with the overall experience. One thing that really stood out to me was the location of the resort. It was nestled amidst the hills and surrounded by lush greenery. The serene environment provided us with the perfect escape from our busy lives. We were able to relax and unwind completely. The activities and adventure sports offered by the resort were thrilling and exhilarating. The staff made sure that we were safe at all times and provided us with all the necessary equipment. We had a great time trying out new things and stepping out of our comfort zones. The food at the resort was simply outstanding. The variety and quality of the dishes were exceptional. We were delighted with the taste and presentation of each dish. The chef’s attention to detail and creativity was truly commendable. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and adventurous vacation. The hospitality and services provided by the staff were exceptional and the experience was unforgettable. I cannot wait to go back again!

One of the best new hotels in Guwahati. Can see the Meghalaya hills in the distance. Brand new hotel. Well laid out plan, good staff, excellent designed rooms. All efficient and well thought out. The coffee shop Jholeo and the Bar Kiya are a treat tkmo sit in. Well done subtle yet rich classy decor interior. The breakfast spread was fantastic, loads of options and varieties, all fresh and well thought of, with authentic ingredients. The staff polite and pleasant. Loved every bit to staying here. The pool, the gym on 2nd floor are nice and cosy. Wish to have stayed for a few more days. A sure recco place to stay and experience in Guahati.

I stayed for 2 nights in the delux room at hotel bhargav grand in early week of septa 23 and found the hotel to be lacking in basic amenities. There was a used coffee cup instead of a clean one. No teaspoon provided to prepare tea/coffee even though a water heater ***** with teabags/coffee satchet was kept in room. No stationery or even handtowels in the room. A small fridge could have been provided as room is quite spacious. Room needs maintenance, more frequent thorough cleaning especially the walls and a new coat of paint. Bathroom is very basic but with a towel rack on top of the commode which though interesting is very difficult to use. Again more thorough cleaning required. The lock in room was not working properly and i had to call housekeeping to get it recharged by sending it to the reception which again could have been avoided if the management had done their job. Food is okay okay nothing great. Some of staff was helpful. Location is not that great as it's far off from main shopping centers but it's near the airport. Few eateries are within walking distance from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good with a lots of varieties.

The area is bustling with crowd at all times so no worries regarding safety( me being travel-ling alone with my mother). The hotel staff is very clear with their rules and policies and helpful. The check in was smooth and just took a minute. We asked for a room with window and balcony and they did just that. The tv in our room was not working but it was changed immediately without any waste of time. We had early morning checkout of 5 am. We had no problem in checking out. It was smooth too. There is always someone at the front desk. The rooms are big, with even bigger and spacious bathrooms. My overall stay was pleasent. If looking for hotel in a budget, i will recommend it the best in the whole area

The people at the restaurant needs to be trained. it's a budget hotel. one should not keep high expectations. Especially the reception staff is not very responsive. Location is not great. Food is ok. But we need to ask every time for spoons, water etc. They serve nothing without asking. Today at 7am when we went to restaurant, the waiters were sleeping in the dining room. Further, the cook was singing very loudly. On the top of that, there was a constant noise of moving furniture from one place to another. It did stop after as no of complaints.

Room was good as well as the washroom was neat and clean but the bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty and I guess those were reused without washing.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Amenities like gym, pool table, swimming pool, spa, salon are available. Restaurant and food was superb. Staff were extremely courteous. All together very relaxing stay.

This was again a repeat stay in this property. I have actually lost count the number of times I have stayed here since 2011. What I like about this place is that it is very lively. The fish pool in the reception adds to the livelyness . The staff is very courtious . The room was small, but it had a window that allowed sunlight, and that made the room feel spacious. The room had the basic things like AC, TV, tea maker etc . The sleep was very comfortable . Breakfast and Dinner is where they need to improve. Their opportunity area is taste of food, portion served and fast service.

The stay, very comfortable, close to the airport and the staff in the hotel and their restaurant is very courteous. Made all efforts to make us comfortable during the stay. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the restaurant food is excellent. The service offered by Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Migam, & Mr.Dipu was very prompt and supportive. The food is delicious, the Chef Bipul Barman prepares food which gives you contentment to the soul. Thank you everybody, and not to forget Mr.Sikdar at the front desk, was very courteous even during our midnight check-in. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

I had the best experience in Shoolin Grand. It was my wedding venue and everything was so smooth. Firstly, gorgeous location, great food and great event managing team. Heads up for the extraordinary manager Mr. Aditya Nayak who assisted us and made everything a cake walk. The entire staff was very helpful and cordial and made me and my guests feel very comfortable. I am grateful as I chose the best venue for my wedding i.e. the Shoolin Grand

Alright, so I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was honestly pretty great. First off, the location was handy – not too far from everything. The rooms got a makeover, and they looked good. Like, they were modern but still cozy. I appreciated that. What stood out to me, though, was how clean everything was. And they had everything you could need – amenities-wise. It was like they thought of everything. I didn't have to go hunting for stuff; it was all just there.

While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased. The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-). Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed. My request and suggestion to the management......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. For the price of the room, we did not expect this, really.

Nice service provided, excellent quality rooms and facilities. Having no issues in staying there. Great conversation with the receptionist and other helpers were very polite with their actions and behaviour

This hotel is very good stay comes from outside, hotel staff are very good supportive and helffull polite, hotel is center location of tezpur town. For working purpose nice place to stay, a restaurant also name tezpat with very good food but price is little bit high, some of hygiene issue also in hotel room, other than a good stay

The room cleanliness is just ok, there is tremendous scope for improvement the attached bathroom is clean but smells very bad, it has major problems in the exhaust/vent system in fact the entrance stairs smell bad due to the main exhaust ventilators placed over there. that’s surely a wrong design. the complimentary breakfast was good, simple Roti-Sabji with Omelette and hot tea were served. overall, it’s an average rated hotel.
