It is small apartment with 2 rooms, and small kitchen. There is no balcony, only window with sea view. Bed room is without window. There are absolutely no drying of towels possibility, no washing machine. So, it is uncomfortable to staying on beach side. 2 problems more, moisture and cockroaches. It is very expensive for such staying. If you travel with kids it is real not for you.

The breakfast was good, the location of the hotel was very good, just on the German street below the garden, the whole German street was eaten and drank, and there was a small convenience store opposite the hotel. We booked a deluxe room, the room on the 2nd floor is slightly smaller than the domestic one, the bathroom is not small, the hot water is quite big. There is a kettle. The height of the floor is quite high. The window of the room can see the golden dome of the garden. There is a terrace on the top of the building to get up early to watch the sunrise.

The owner is very nice, call in advance to ask when we will arrive! Prepare the room in advance! The air conditioner is turned on in advance! We had bed bugs when we went to bed. We took photos and videos. There was a lot. The hotel staff moved us to another room (nice suite) but unfortunately we hardly slept being too worried. Unable to send you the video.

The hotel is overall great and should be the best hotel in Haifa. Breakfast is very rich, there is a charge for the parking lot downstairs, the room has a balcony, facing the harbour, below is the sky garden. It was a lot of hours for us to wait for more than an hour in the afternoon. This is very uncomfortable.

The Golden Crown Hotel is located in the German Quarter, very close to the port and the Bahá'í Gardens. The location is very good. Hotel facilities are also ok. It didn't feel good about the hotel's service: when we arrived, we had a special request for a slightly larger room with two children; the hotel waiter took me to visit two rooms that were not bad; but the key to stay. It was a completely different room, the size was small, the window was still facing a wall, and there was a big cockroach afterwards; we had to ask for a room change, and the waiter cleaned up a room of the same price. (This room has a larger window area), but the front desk doesn't know why, we have to wait until late to give us the keys. On this day's toss, Xiaobao started a high fever at night. Of course, the hotel also has several very kind service staff, but overall the attitude of the hotel staff is relatively indifferent. The hotel offers breakfast, which is quite rich; but lunch and dinner need to be eaten at the surrounding restaurants. Xiaobao has had nothing to eat during his illness.
