We stayed two nights on October 8 and 9. They did not fix the room despite having requested it in the afternoon, because when we arrived after eating it was not fixed. When we left to go to the spa, we found the cleaner and told her and when we returned, nothing at all. No cleaning, no towels, no bathrobes... Nothing. No way. A shame because everything else was great: breakfast, the room, views, the grounds, the spa, the beautiful plants...

Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

There is a small, very basic gym (some dumbbells, a lounger and a treadmill). 24-hour reception with pleasant service. There is a Mercadona supermarket 100 metres away. It includes a hairdryer, safe and a fridge with a bottle of water in the room. The price and location are good, having booked for the beginning of July.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area.

The experience and stay here has been very good, it was the second time I came here with my partner and this time has been better than the previous one. The room was very clean and the hotel was very comfortable. The room was still smoking, even though it was a non-smoking room, as I was here for the first time. The dryer you have to be pressing a button all the time and at the end your fingers are tired, and at least in our last room there was no swab in the bathroom, so I couldn't slip my hair in front of the mirror. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Excellent treatment, very comfortable and welcoming room. We will definitely come back, the location is very good because the tram stop is right next door.

Staff and service excellent, room was very clean, very happy with the food available and the price, as well as the fact that there is on-site parking. The only negative was the beds - mattresses were too hard and pillows too deep for me. Didn't sleep very well.

This hotel is a little gem it’s my second time here and love it the rooms are immaculate breakfast amazing and staff are super nice ❤️

I booked 2 rooms. One triple and the other four-bed. The four-bed is composed of a double bed and 3 single beds. It's not a four-bed but a five-bed. A pleasant surprise! I chose this hotel for one night stay because the price is attractive to me.If the same hotel in Shanghai,the price will be at least EURO200.The breakfast is so plenty.There are two coffee machines with many kinds of coffee capsules.It took me 15minutes waking to the city centre & also main shopping mall.It's really a good hotel.I'll stay this hotel again while I visit Murcia again.

If it is true that we found some unimportant details at the beginning, due to the inconvenience caused to you, they did not provide them with a bottle of cava, but they themselves provided it. Convenient playing at the front desk. The front desk is very good. There are several restaurants and bars near the hotel. Suitable for playing and small stays.

Hotel in the centre with non-direct parking. This is 2 streets away, where you will have to walk a little further to the hotel. For the rest, the fine chic 4* hotel with comfortable beds and private bathroom.

The apartment was great! We were in the top floor and the views were amazing! The apartment is perfect for holiday, short or long as you have fridge and the kitchen to cook. I was very impressed with the bathroom as it is very comfortable and plenty of space. We had a balcony and it was very good to hang the towels outside. We did not try the gym or the restaurant so I cannot say much about it. The surroundings are great, they have a minigolf and also a playground for children which is very good for family. The outdoor Swimmingpool looked great but we didn’t go either. Near the hotel there are bars, restaurant and shops to buy food, very handy. Lo lo

The hotel is outside the old town, the street is very inconspicuous, but the room is clean and the bathroom is complete. The interior is newer than the outside. Breakfast is also good, the price of 11 euros is quite high. There are Carrefour on two roads near the hotel. Less than ten minutes walk from the hotel into the old city, then go straight to the beach, and then return to the hotel from the old city on the other side. Half a day is enough.

Lovely place in the mountains. Nice simple rooms .Nice friendly staff Beautiful beach 5 mins away with beautiful views.Not much in the quiet village maybe due to low season. Only 20 mins to cartagena and 20 mins from la Manga
