Holiday Inn Express Pamplona

The room is small and the bedding is not very good. There are too few breakfast varieties, not even eggs. At the entrance of the hotel is a big supermarket, it is convenient to buy things. The location is close to the exit of the highway, which is somewhat biased, but it is very convenient to drive by yourself.
Habitus Hotel Leyre

Solid European property a block away from the Plaza de Toros and just a few minuts walking to all of the festival happenings but this is also at the easternish-end of the festival area so you can escape for a bit by just walking away from this property. We had a room overlooking the area leading to the Plaza de Toros and I can confirm that the festival is 24-7! Party noise outside at all hours of the night but you will get this anywhere in striking distance of the festival area so this is not on the hotel. The hotel itself is standard clean, pleasant and the rooms are a good size for Europe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This place has a small fitness room, which I always appreciate. I would absolutely stay here again.
Hotel Blanca de Navarra

Our first stay in this hotel on our very first visit to Pamplona. Coming in after a long journey and arriving late in the evening, check in was quick and easy, and we moved to our room. First observation.... - Decent size for two people, however less space for large suitcases - Bed unstable and moves, base of the bed is not heavy and therefore when you lean or slide it moves - No dustbins in the room - No tea kettle and tea in the room - Pillows uncomfortable, no choice The hotel has a great location from where there are several buses and taxis to city centre and other places. University of Navarra is walking distance. Quite a few restaurants and cafes in the surrounding. The Hotel also has a Europa Car desk. Due to COVID-19 limited services like everywhere. I was able to use the small business centre for work. MOST DISAPPOINTING - PATHETIC INTERNET CONNECTION in the room. I tried three connections and none of them would work in the room. We had to always sit on the floor near the door or come down to the lobby. For this reason alone I will avoid this hotel in the future. It was a struggle for 6 days. Breakfast has two menu options. One large around 13.50 Euros and the other smaller approx 8.80 Euros. Not sure why the breakfast cant be added to the room. Breakfast spread is quite good. The Kitchen is flexible, we wanted eggs instead of ham and it was catered. Washroom has a big old style plastic dustbin enough to pack a suitcase......toiletries are not of superior quality, leaves skin dry and the bath gel is very hard on the skin. HK is kind of ok, room floors are not cleaned everyday, leaving dust, hairs on the floor both in room and washroom and had to be specifically mentioned at the front office. Front office was very helpful with queries and print outs, etc. The lady in the morning and Enrique deserve special mention as being very nice and helpful. At the same time there was one very rude, misbehaved and arrogant front office staff (male) who answered rudely the phone. When he was asked that it was already time and breakfast was still not there, he had the cheek to say it was still not time in his watch. I dont remember the name but he should not be allowed to be part of reception and customer contacts. Overall it was an ok stay, had it not been for Enrique and the lady in the front office, we would have perhaps checked out mid stay. Hope services are improved and surely the hotel can do much better. Thank you.

Compared to the price, the hardware facilities are not particularly good. But customer service is OK. Breakfast is OK, it is clean.

I wasn't disappointed in any way for choosing to stay at the Villava Hotel in fact it exceeded expectations . The room , restaurant , coffee shop and lounge all scored top marks . The buffet breakfast was excellent , and there was a lot of choice to suit everyone's tastes . All the staff deserve a mention for their friendly hospitality . Thank you .

Gran Hotel la Perla

Pamplona Old Town
What can be said more? 5 stars and worth every penny. Great location, great service and attention to details like beds prepared for the night including a bottle of water on the side table; valet parking; perfect location. Ask to see the Hemmingway room or even book it when you want to experience some history. Will definitely come back to La Perla when coming back to Pamplona.

Hotel Burlada

We travelled 2 adults and 1 child. VERY MIXED room for 3 people. Beds were comfortable and white sofas very clean. When we arrived, we had to kill 3 mosquitoes inside the room that with the heat it did not complicate ... In the bathroom we left a soap pill for the 3 and 3 glasses of ”cafe to take” box. The hotel is good for walking and sleeping, but for nothing more and of course I don't see it suitable to travel with a little kid. I wouldn't repeat my stay there.
Hotel Jakue

I stayed in a double room in the albergue side of the establishment and I'm quite satisfied. Room 403 was perfect for my needs and boasted its own bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable and the wifi worked well, even in the basement. The albergue is directly on the Camino and within walking distance of the supermarket. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but the bar offers inexpensive food and drink. A perfect place to stay for pilgrims!
