Super convenient location. Right at Munich central station. Even the room was not that spacious but it was suitable for 3 people. I would recommend to take Lufthansa Express bus to and from airport. The bus will park right in front of the hotel.

The Hotel has great staff and fabulous location to the airport! The staff are without exception professional and friendly! Very impressed! The spa pool area with a bar and food service onsite is world class. In fact that facility is worth the visit and I certainly will be back! The restaurant also fabulous and a Michelins star restaurant is part of this great hotel! The one thing I do not understand, why not give one free bottle of water to the vary world traveller paying top dollars to stay. There is zero water unless you pay 6euro for a bottle! The hotel is fairly new and near the train station(both u bahn and regular trains). It is also near the old city where there are many dining options. Nothing really there to complain about.

We stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hotel was full but the only time you would notice was at breakfast. Big kudos to the staff who kept the breakfast area stocked and clean, they deserve a bonus because it was super busy. Breakfast was way better quality than what we get in the U.S. Our room was on the second floor and our view was the train yard. The windows are very good at keeping out the city noise and the hotel is designed well to reduce noise from other patrons. Room was clean except for some stains on the sofa upholstery and desk chair. Not sure why hotels used upholstered furniture that is tough to clean. Shower was good, plenty of hot water. Towels were too thin, they cheaped out on the towels. Location is good. Metro, tram and bus are very close by. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful at checkout.

The hostel is so near to the Ostbahnhof. You can go to the city center and all touristic must-see places via subway, underground or buses in a very short time. The hostel has a very good, peaceful location. You can watch wonderful Munich city view from the window of your room. It is a so clean, comfortable, well-designed hostel. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable. My roommates were respectful, kind people. Staff working at the hostel are so kind, understanding, smiled-face and helpful people. I thank them all. As a solo traveller, I am really happy to stay such an amazing, comfortable place in Munich. I strongly recommend this beautiful hostel.

Excellent location, pubilc transport just outside the hotel, staff is helpful, rooms are quite big, beds are big and comfortable. Check in and out quick and easy. Wi fi signal can be better. Overall quite nice accomodation for reasonable price.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and is located in the centre of the city. The latter, however, can also reach walking. I left the car in the underground parking, free and very comfortable. The room was very clean, modern (small for 3 people but not for 2) and suitable for the comfort levels of this kind of hotel, but NOT for the swelled price that all the reception facilities in Monaco have during this period of the year. the same room would cost € 289 in a month ... Breakfast, instead, would not be suitable in both cases. Very scarce. Personal parque de sorrises. Surely I would come back, during the party. Hello.

We stayed here 2 nights, from June 12 to 14 .This hotel is perfectly located just steps from Munich Central Station, with an overall modern look and concept. All 4 of us(two adults, two teenagers) checked in after 11pm; the front desk looked tired, but so were we. There are two elevators leading to the rooms and both are fit enough for more than 4 people. We had two rooms right next to each other: Room 445(two twin beds), and Room 447(one double bed). Both rooms were spacious and clean, and beds were comfortable. WI-FI connection was great. Bathroom was huge given European standards, water temperature was perfect for both hot and cold fans. AC temperature was perfect. We had a peaceful sleep and the morning after we went downstairs for a magnificent breakfast: water, coffee, tea, juices, hot chocolate, pancakes, scrambled eggs, croissants, assorted cheese, assorted bread, fruits, are only about a third part of the breakfast items. Pretty close to dining places(walking distance) but somewhat far from historical places, check-out was a breeze, would stay here again

It is amazing! It was held the event in Messe, however price was very economical and reception arranged upgrades room for me because I am a diamond member of Trip.com!!! I should come back to the hotel very near future. Breakfast is also incredible!! I have to say thank you for the staff of the hotel’s.

I booked this hostel last minute, and I've never stayed in a hostel before, so I can't really compare it to other places. Despite reading reviews on Hostelworld about the single rooms being hot, I have no complaints about the room. I stayed in Munich when the temperature had a low of 20 Celcius and a high of 30. I had no issues with the room. I did have a large fan on in the room, which kept it cool. My room also had its own balcony and I sat outside to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect for those who love their own space or couple. My only gripe was that the WiFi was slow at times, so I couldn't even search the website to test internet speed. I had a data roaming plan, so this wasn't that big of an issue. I would stay here again if I'm back in Munich. A Lidl at the end of the street and the Train station is a 2-minute walk away. It couldn't get better.

Amazing service and amenities. There are even activities for residents to join for free, eg Yoga class. The lobby is well decorated with a coffee shop/bar, and working space. There is also a rooftop bar. Best part of this place is there is a washing + drying machine in room, with free detergents given to us. 100% recommend.

The hotel has a lot of rooms, tidy, clean, comfortable, and convenient transportation nearby, but some rooms in the hotel do not have a hair dryer. I found out that there was no hair dryer after washing my hair last night. I called the front desk to ask for it. I waited for almost an hour and no one answered. Finally I opened the door, and a Chinese man just passed by in the corridor. By luck, he had a hair dryer in his room, so he was able to dry his hair...

The room and bathroom were very clean - the cleanest hostel I’ve been stayed in Europe! They also do decent breakfasts for a low price. Secure lockers. Staff were very helpful. Good location to explore Nuremberg. I can’t recommend this hostel enough. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We only booked this hotel as we were away on business and attending Biofach at the exhibition centre nearby. Of course prices went through the roof as an exhibition was on, my company £364 for a basic twin room per night / for 3 nights - over £1000 in total! When I arrived, yes the room was clean but I was suprised at how basic it was for the price, plus the fact it looked nothing like the pictures on trip advisor. I also looked on booking.com to see there was rooms available for that night for less than half of what we paid. I went down to reception and asked if there was any other rooms available as I felt our room was very poor quality for the price, and we overpaid compared to the current price for available rooms. I’ve never seen someone at reception seem to offended at such a standard question. She asked me ‘what my point was’, and insisted there were no rooms available except those that hadn’t been renovated. Answering my question if an available better room was available seemed impossible and she said I should speak to the manager the next day. However there was a very helpful woman who checked me in. Before I even got round to speaking to a manager the next day we decided to go the gym. Of course the gym isn’t signposted anywhere in the hotel, why would a key facility be? I asked the woman at the desk (who was on her mobile phone) where it was and she pointed ahead of her and said the door on the left after the glass door. There were 3 doors, of course none said gym on and they all looked the same. I picked one and ended up in the stock room. I went back and asked her to confirm again but she just pointed again as it must have been too much effort to walk round from the desk and show me. Of course I eventually found it, no air con, music or lights but not suprised. When we first arrived the lady at reception recommended booking for the restaurant as it gets busy, we didn’t book that night and we were asked by the waiter if we had a reservation but luckily there was space. We decided the next day to request a booking to which the response was ‘you don’t need to book there’s lots of rooms’, to which I confirmed what the waiter had said and so she reluctantly wrote my room number down on a piece of paper. I never even complain, especially when away on business, but only 1 night in I felt I needed to The plus side is the food is good, and the location is 10 minutes from the exhibition, shame it was taken over from the Hilton and the customer service is beyond poor.

Stayed 2 nights while in Nuremberg at the Hampton and found it to be perfectly fine. It's a short 5 minute walk if that from the station past all the other hotels - Motel One , Leonardo, Novotel and Premier Inn so the area is well lit and very safe. The U2 train from the airport to Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof / station service is excellent. Checkin was quick and allocated room on the 5th floor facing the street - there was no noise during the night so the sound proofing must have been good. The room was a good size, compact yet functional. The bed was clean and actually very comfortable , nice and firm , I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fine, again it was compact but it did the job. Easy to use shower, toiletries fixed to the wall as seems to be the case these days. Towels were a little thin but that's a minor issue. Wifi was free and easy to connect , the complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch and overall a pretty decent room , well appointed and clean. Wardrobe space was limited but sufficient for a short stay. The free Hampton breakfast wasn't too bad - as many Nuremberg sausages as you could eat with scrambled egg and some beans or potato squares. Nice selection of bread and pastries. The cold meat and cheese selection was poor quality but the highlight was the easy to use waffle maker , a hit with everyone. Machine coffee and juices were so so but considering it's a budget hotel it was better than I expected. The coffee machine is available all day long so grab a cup after a day sightseeing in the city. Staff were excellent , always cheerful and happy to help. A fellow guest wanted a 10 minute hard boiled egg as the ones in the buffet were only cooked for 6 minutes - not a problem ! The location is perfect , walking distance to the old town or the #8 tram to the rally grounds , a great budget choice if visiting Nuremberg.

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean hotel , nice staff. I loved the spacious and great breakfast room with a nice and healthy sustainable breakfast as well. The comfort room is such an amazing experience with the large double bed and the waterfall shower. Definitely a must in the city 🏙️

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal über Sylvester in diesem Hotel. Übernachtet haben wir in einem Familienzimmer, was zwei normalen Zimmern mit Durchgangstür entspricht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend geräumig und angemessen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Allerdings zu den Stoßzeiten sehr voll. Um das Buffet ist dann sehr wenig Platz. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spielezimmer für Kinder und Pool-Bereich sind gut.

Discreta la colazione ma fastidiosa la presenza assillante dei camerieri che non ti danno il tempo di fare colazione in assoluto relax che già ti tolgono il piatto.Davvero snervante

Due to limited check-in timing, we need to rush back to hotel to check-in, would be good be more flexible to allow us check-in and collect room key first for guest who arrive earlier. We booked queen bed, but was given 2 twin beds which is placed in one corner and another corner, reason from front desk is queen bed room is all taken-up..In that case what’s the purpose of guest room reservation with specific requirement. Glad that front desk is willing to change back the room we booked. No toiletries provided, overall room is clean and comfortable and location is great just opposite the HBF.

My wife and I stayed fives day prior to our Christmas cruise. The rooms were spacious and clean. We are particular people about clean rooms. The cleaning services were thorough and meticulous, 5 stars. We purchased breakfast each day, 5 stars too. Breakfast was mainly a buffet style, but eggs or omelets are made fresh to order. We found something different to enjoy each day. All the servers were very friendly, helpful and timely, again 5 stars. I especially enjoyed speaking Italian with Corina and Nichole. My wife didn’t utilize the spa but we did utilize the saunas and pool. Overall a wonderful place, staff, and location, walkable to old town and the train station. Highly recommend

Low price, to the old city and the station 5 stops tram (6+5 routes), 1.7km or 4m tram just to the old city . From the airport on a single ticket for 90min to get to the subway U2 to the railway station, go to U1, go 1 stop by the subway, then walk 1.2 km or on tram #6 to go three stops. All dooally fast and on schedule. The room on 2h we had a big, teapot, refrigerator no, safe and feather is. Bed is white, towels are normal, in the shower dosage with gel. WI-FI stable, free. We walked all day, in the hotel only slept, breakfast didn't take, we all arranged, t. the price is low, and the hotel is decent. The hotel on a busy street, next to a bakery, donner-kebab, shop all 1 euro, 2 supermarket street. Recipe from 22.30 to 6 30 is not working, the card and key system through the terminal in tambura. You can smoke in the yard, from there you can go to the hotel at night, opening the door with your key from the room.

This is a really nice hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds, and good amenities including the mini kitchens. It’s in a great location with all of the local downtown sites in Nuremberg within easy walking distance. The only negatives about our stay were the climate control on the rooms (it was difficult to get our room to a comfortable temperature in the hot summer) and what I would call a substandard breakfast bar. We are vegetarian/vegan and there were very few options for us. Also, the staff did not seem to keep the dining room clean and keep the breakfast bar stocked. We would stay here again because of the comfortable rooms, great price, and location, though.
