Nice and cozy hotel, great location cause it’s very near the eye of Tianjin which is just across the hotel but slight away from the shopping area. The room is very clean and even provide Dyson hair dryer!! Overall is a good stay hotel, hotel staff are very friendly to let us check in early when the room is available and clean. Minus point is at night there isn’t any aircon and it’s very hot during the mid autumn season.

The incredibly smooth, friendly, and professional staff. The porters, room valet, room service, and concierge staff was perfect. Our check-in/check-out service was easy and pleasant. We were walked to our room when we checked in. The room was beautiful, the shower/water-pressure was amazing, comfortable bed. The location was perfect for tourists near the river and the Italian area . Next to subway , train railway, buses tour . I wish we had time to experience . Poor gym facilities.

1. The location is very convenient, use exit C1/2 2. The room has a lot of dust, noticed on the automatic curtain 3. The staff were helpful (none of them speak English fluently but were really trying to communicate) 4. Not much area of the hotel to offer as it's on the multipurpose building

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is almost double the normal Ibis room (eg in Lindon, Korea, or Sydney). Location is just behind the Snack street, so lots of interesting stuff to eat. Infront is the Han river and you can walk along it towards the Eye of Tianjin.. I would give it 5 stars for an Ibis.

The staffs are helpful. Took them some efforts to explain of the power cut on the first night. Doris the front office manager was kind enough to give extra breakfast for the inconvenience caused. Shall be back here if i am in tanjin

Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. The air conditioner in our first room wasn’t working and the hotel didn’t have the same room that we had booked so essentially we got downgraded a little bit. The second room we had the air conditioner worked, but not very well. It was also a very noisy room. The staff was very nice and worked hard to fix our issue. The location is good, right on Italian Style Street.

The hotel is superior. Cleanliness is always my priority, and this hotel hits all the ticks. Please keep up the good work! Though not right smack near mrt, walking distance is very acceptable. A macdonald and lawson convenience store just outside the hotel. For massage lover, there is a massage place just right beside it, 70 mins for RMB 198, nice private room. Few shopping malls surround the hotel with no lacking of food choice. Will come back to this hotel again if I ever visit Tianjin.
