Staff is very nice. Free breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing to brag about. Every time we ordered any type of meat (steak, veal parmigiana, beef soup) from room service menu it was incredibly horrible and we could literally not even cut it with a knife. We use the scissors and tore it apart with our bare hands. Room service can take up to two hours to get your food. housekeeping ladies are very nice, as well as, some of the maintenance man. Every room we’ve ever stayed in the toilet seats are broken and scary when you sit on them. Don’t even think about having hot water in your shower whatsoever. And when it’s checkout time, you better be out of there as soon as possible!

Vale apena!!

What about a hotel with a 4-star dish and a dish for a guest? What about a 4-star hotel with only 2 bottles of mineral water in the fridge? I was hosted in the hotel and made a deep dish for the ifod. I went to the lobby bar and asked for a dish, a stick and a knife to eat in the apartment, and they didn't provide me and told me they were banned from providing guests for buying food in the food restaurant and not in the hotel restaurant. I asked that this had never happened in any hotel that I used to host and that there was no information in the apartment about that standard. I asked to speak to the plant manager, and he reaffirmed that he would not provide me with a simple dish and cut to eat, but only a plastic stick and a disposable knife were offered to me, which was spashed at the first movement. When we leave home to a hotel with a 4-star comfort, a minimum of comfort is expected. It is the advice for anyone who is hosting in this hotel and does not want to be forced to eat the restaurant food (by a very critical sign in the reviews): take a dish, a stick and a knife in his bag if you don't want to get stuck with a piece of a cutter of a The hotel has been a very good hotel and it is impressive how the quality and service has fallen. Finally, the Trans-American network needs to review who it is providing its name because I know that this quality standard is not part of the Trans-American hotel network.

This facility formerly belonged to the Best Western Hotel chain, and they still adhere to Best Western standards. Very professional staff with a pleasant, customer-oriented and proactive attitude, caring and always with a smile. On arrival I was immediately offered a glass of water. All my requests were carried out instantly within minutes. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices for Brazilian standards, even if the cooked components were pretty much the same every day. Very attentive, skilled and respectful restaurant staff. Cleanliness was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful housekeeping.

We were in a freshly renovated Queen Deluxe Suite (room 2205) all furnished in Dove Grey and Crisp White, with a balcony overlooking the sea with fresh sea breeze. The king bed was comfortable, good linens, all the usual things but we especially liked the well situated computer desk and chairs, plus the alcove with an opening window, comfortable chair & ottoman & side table for reading. The dramatic interior architecture fascinated guests no matter how many times they observed it (no spoiler here!). The food in the restaurant addressed international sensibilities, not exclusively Brazilian. The food was good, the service friendly. I want to make a special kudo to the housecleaning staff; our room was always redone beautifully each day. It was a pleasure to return ‘home’ each evening. Disliked · They were having a temporary difficulty with one of the 4 elevators over the weekend waiting for the elevator repair. We know this can happen anywhere anytime but we were pleased that they released their service elevator for guest use whenever possible.

We hosted four people (two couples), two apartments, in the last floor, the view of the city and the sea is beautiful, but the glasses were so dirty that they had much to do to enjoy it. The hotel is very good, the building is beautiful, it impresss very well and the apartment is not bad. However, breakfast is served without capricity, everything is ”more or less”. Little agility in replacing pads and cuts. Little bread variety and almost nothing from the local cuisine. . With little attention to the requests and zero sympathy of the staff of the restaurant. Even being hosted in two people (one couple) per apartment, the room service, despite request, did not provide two cups and two cups; only one unit of each!!! And when we requested cuts in the restaurant (to eat a fruit or something like this), we were denied and provided with plastic cuts by paying $5.00 per cut (see photo showing). Unlike what was reported in the reservation, the parking was charged from the part.
