Ibis Dinant Centre

It’s 8mins drive up from the hotel to the citadel, the cafe overlooks the river so if you could, request for the facing along the river. We didn’t and I kinda regret that. The side facing the road can be a little noisy at night. The bed and shower is good. There is spare pillow which is standard sized. Towels are also provided but the others such as brush and combs do bring one set yourself. There is also no hot water flask. The reception is kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with attentive staff and the orange juice is freshly squeezed on the spot by a machine. It was too cold to sit alfresco but I would if the weather is a tad warmer. Parking on-site is limited but there are parking around the area free or charged. Just don’t park into the ****** or you would have trouble getting your car mentioned by the reception. Otherwise, another great restful night in a no frills hotel I would recommend. Thank you.
Mercure HAN Sur Lesse

The hotel has a very convenient location if you are planning to visit the Grottes de Han and other related areas. Like 300 m walking distance. Very close to a street with restaurants. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They provide large towels and the kitchenette is clean and well equipped. In case you need something there is a mini market crossing the street. The pool is also very clean and everything is organized. Make sure to ask for the pool towels at the counter. The children enjoyed the pool. Very accesible. The breakfast has a wide variety of options. We all liked it. Make sure to reserve if you are planning to have lunch or dinner. They ran out of space quickly. You also have the room service option. And if you have a car you can drive to other areas and find more restaurants. Overall the place is very good for families. We will come back.

Le Chateau de Namur

Last minute booking on a wandering trip with no agenda. Namur was not on the list of places to visit and it was by chance that we found the chateau on *********** as it was kind of on the way to our next destination. We arrived late to a warm welcome from reception and a room upgrade. The chateau is in a wonderful location perched on the top of a cliff top citadel that tracks its history back 2000 years and is surrounded by lovely gardens and woods. The room was spacious and first class, as was the service and splendid breakfast. Parking is free at the hotel and we took full advantage in the morning to catch the cable car from the summit of the citadel (a five minute walk to the cable car) to the centre of the old Namur town (6 euro return for seniors) a great experience to cap off a lovely stay.
B&B Hotel Namur

I was looking for a Hotel close to the station, and i decided to give the B&B chain ago as i had not used them before. The Hotel is about 3 minutes walk from Namur station, caution they are undertaking alot of road works so the path is a little uneven. I was welcomed when i walked into the Hotel and checkin was very easy. The hotel use a code method for room access which is more environmental friendly than the plastic cards. The Hotel is very new and the interior is perfect and very clean, my room was on the 1st floor and the room was quiet and had a nice big shower. My sleep was perfect on the 2 evenings i stayed, Breakfast is very good with a hot and cold option and they have tea / coffee is always available. As a bonus if you dont need room service if you are staying for more than 1 day you get a free €5 voucher to use at the bar. I enjoyed my stay and i would certainly use again for future stays.
Hotel the Royal Snail

I travelled with my girlfriend in Namur, we chosed this hotel to spend time in the spa for our first trip. The hotel has a good localisation in Namur, we were close to the center and also next to the hill of namur with an amazing view of the city. The room was very confortable, huge and clean. We spend someting like two hours in the bath, it is a very good bathroom. The bed is good, I was just a little bit dispointed that is a double bed and not a kingsize bed (but I still have a good night ! ) To be perfect, I just miss a television with Netflix or Amazon. And staff is very lovely :) To conclude you can go in this hotelif you want to spend a good time with you love !

I presented myself with a valid hotel reservation via Wallonie Pass and the Accor website and tried to check in at the reception. The receptionist did not accept the Wallonie Pass as means of payment although it is clearly stated on the website. I quote the receptionist ‘I am not familiar with how to process your booking therefore I will not accept you’. On my request to call a manager, or anybody responsible, replied ‘it is not my problem, I am just a front desk employee, next please’, and he ignored me completely. I called Accor Reservations and Wallonie Pass, where I got from both sides confirmation that I should be accepted. Upon asking him to listen to Accor on my phone’s speaker, he turned his eyes away and left the front desk. I decided to stay in a more welcoming environment in another hotel acceptong the Pass Being a travel industry professional on a private trip, this behaviour is unacceptable, and I will review my company’s travel policy to avoid Accor where possible
Hotel les 3 Cles

On the edge of the high road, at a carfore, don't hope to open the window of your room in summer ... but there is air conditioning. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We were put to bed around 21:30, no way to sleep: low noises (sud, a little ... but good bon bon albeit) from a down-feast anniversary, probably. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good, and the service was perfect.
